The employment of college graduates is the focus of social concern.It has become a common phenomenon that college graduates have difficulty in finding suitable jobs and tend to have "iron rice bowl".Career anchor theory is one of the fundamental theories of modern enterprise human resources management,the career anchor theory in the study of undergraduate students' differences,not only can know undergraduate career choice current situation and possible factors that affect undergraduates' career choice,is also found in the process of the undergraduates' problems and turned out to help undergraduates to find an effective way.The career anchor theory put forward by Schein's provides theoretical guidance for undergraduates' career choice.Therefore,this study takes career anchor as the perspective and the main theoretical support,determines the research object as undergraduates,and applies career anchor theory and career anchor scale to the study on the difference of undergraduates' career choice through empirical method.In the survey,the career anchor scale was combined with the undergraduate career choice questionnaire to understand the attitude and situation of undergraduate career choice,SPSS was used to conduct exploratory factor analysis,reliability analysis,independent sample T test and one-way analysis of variance on factors such as career anchor of undergraduates and demographic variables,family background,personal career values,etc,to find out about undergraduate career status,observe the difference in career choice and its influencing factors,and then to make a further analysis of the problems in the process of undergraduate career choice.The study found that the overall characteristics of career anchor of undergraduates in H university were that they had the highest scores inthe two dimensions of technical function and life,and the lowest scores in the two dimensions of entrepreneurship and management.In the difference analysis,the students with different genders,places of origin,family background and practical experience have great differences in career choice,and it reflects that undergraduates have some problems in career choice,such as vague professional cognition,the subjective difference of gender still has influence on career choice,and the pursuit of stability.As a result,the proposed part proposed the colleges and universities should strengthen the effectiveness of career guidance curriculum,actively carry out the cognizance of the undergraduates' career anchor,parents should strengthen the communication with their children's positive impact on their career choice,the student individual efforts should be made to enhance the level of individual professional ability,society and enterprises create a good atmosphere,in order to successfully achieve undergraduate career choice.
