The Research Of Entrepreneurship Education System In Shandong Xiehe University

After the implementation of reform and opening to the outside world,private education has developed rapidly.Since entering the twenty-first Century,the large-scale enrollment expansion of colleges and universities has led to more and more pressure for the employment of private college students.All along,the talent market for public college students preferences,but also to private colleges and universities students brought tremendous employment pressure.In order to effectively solve this problem,the competent department of Education issued a vigorously promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education call,in order to solve the employment problem in college students,so as to promote the harmonious development of society.In recent years,in response to the call of the government,the majority of colleges and universities in our country have to implement the business knowledge,skill oriented education model,but because these schools for the education also recognize the existence of low degree phenomenon,leading to the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the effect is not obvious.The research of this thesis can enhance the ability of innovation and Entrepreneurship of private college students.At the same time,the development of the core competence and the improvement of the educational status of private colleges and universities are indispensable.Private colleges in Shandong started earlier and developed in a certain scale,and private colleges and universities also achieved some success in the field of entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurship education and practice to achieve a secret combination,but also held a variety of entrepreneurial competition.Undeniably,there are still many problems in the process of development,such as the lack of overall design,lack of professional courses,the lack of effective teaching strategies and so on.This article is a private high school in Shandong Xiehe University as a case study of private universities in the main common problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education,adopting the method of literature research,field survey,analysis of private universities in innovation and entrepreneurship in the problems,and put forward some concrete countermeasures to solve these problems.This article first elaborated the domestic and foreign background,innovation and entrepreneurship education at home and abroad are analyzed,the research literature review,finally some key concepts are defined;second is the problem of entrepreneurship education system in Shandong Xiehe University through the existing analysis,by using the questionnaire,statistics and analysis of the status quo of the problem,Shandong Xiehe University entrepreneurship education system and points out some current problems;a detailed analysis of the current situation of entrepreneurship education in Shandong Xiehe University,and combining the student survey results,pointed out the various problems and causes existing;finally put forward on the basis of the Shandong Xiehe University innovation and entrepreneurship education ideas to improve,and the formation of the relevant policy recommendations.This paper studied the entrepreneurial system specific to the Shandong Xiehe University,the result can be directly on the formation of the Shandong Xiehe University entrepreneurship education guidance,and can be used as reference for similar institutions of entrepreneurial experience.
