Since the new century,the higher education has entered the stage of popularization,the number of college graduates is increasing "blowout",and the employment situation has been paid more and more attention,meanwhile,the academic circles have attached great importance to it.The research on the college graduates employment is deepening.With the constant change of the connotation of the employment work,it is difficult to comprehensively reflect the defects of "quality".In order to truly reflect the quality of colleges,the proportion of market and the employment prospect of graduates,the concept of employment quality emerges as the times require.In November 2013,the office of the ministry issued the plan on compiling and issuing the annual report on the employment quality of college graduates.It requires 75 universities directly under the ministry to publish the annual report on the employment quality of graduates.The notification is sufficient to reflect the importance of employment quality to the development of colleges.It is the most visualized tool for the public to judge the employment situation of college graduates through the evaluation mechanism.The evaluation of graduates' employment quality has become the core of the research.On the basis of analyzing the relevant research results,this study synthetically applies the PNHS theory to establish a systematic evaluation system of graduates' employment quality,which provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of college graduates' employment quality.This study is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,the significance of the research and research methods.The second part discusses the key concepts and related theories to evaluate the graduates' employment quality,and constructs the theoretical model according to the PNHS theory.The third part constructs the index alternative and sets up an index included general and characteristic dimension through the PNHS theory.The forth part introduces composition,usage,meaning and takes AHP method to calculate weight and constructs model.The fifth part takes a university in Tianjin as a sample university.The evaluation system has been used to evaluate the employment quality of graduates and verify the maneuverability of the evaluation system.
