| At present,the practice of various early intervention programs has been paid more and more attention by the society.Early intervention is a multi-support and education system for poor,disadvantaged families or all disadvantaged children with special needs.Early intervention programs in the United States started early and developed mature.The methods of early intervention research are diverse,rigorous and scientific.Based on the research of high-quality early intervention programs in the United States,and on the basis of analyzing and investigating China’s early intervention programs and family needs,this dissertation provides reference and suggestions for China to better carry out the practice and research of early intervention programs.This dissertation uses the methods of literature,case study and investigation.Focusing on the background,main contents,evaluation and results of the early intervention program,analysis and summary of the program,this dissertation makes a detailed study and introduction of three high-quality early intervention programs in the United States :“High Scope Perry Preschool Program”,“Chicago Child Parent Center” and “The Carolina Abecedarian Project”.Then it introduces some early intervention programs in China,and interviews with parents of disadvantaged children and relevant child workers to understand their health,educational resources and family’s early intervention needs.Starting from the reality that China’s intervention programs are in the initial stage,the following four suggestions are put forward:1.The harmonious development of children can’t be separated from the support of early intervention.2.The implementation of early intervention programs can’t be separated from scientific design.3.The further development of early intervention programs is inseparable from the importance of quality improvement.4.The sustainability of early intervention research can’t be separated from the government’s policy support. |
