Research On College Students' Justice View Education

Justice has always been a common concept essential to the development of human society,as well as the value pursuit of improving social system and realizing human liberation.With the gradual progress of China's reform and opening up,the contradictions in various aspects of social life are more obvious,and therefore have a profound impact on the values of justice of college students.As the main force leading the progress of The Times,college students should be educated on the concept of socialist justice,which is not only the requirement to ensure the correct direction of social construction,but also an important way to make the young generation contribute their wisdom to social progress.Therefore,to study the current situation and problems of college students' view of justice education and propose beneficial ideas is the essential way to help college students developing scientific measures in the face of practical justice problems,and to realize the development and improvement of ideological and political education in colleges in terms of values cultivation.Justice view education should constantly changes with The Times,providing summary of real experience and theoretical guidance for practical educational activities.This paper starts with the introduction of the background and significance of this topic,and on the basis of fully combing the existing research results of justice education at home and abroad,puts forward the research ideas of this topic in view of what can be further supplemented and improved in the current research.At the beginning of this research,the author starts with the connotation of "justice",sorts out the theoretical achievements in different fields of justice thought,and focuses on marxism view of justice and socialist core values.On this basis,the author expounds the theoretical basis,objective,content and significance of the justice view education for college students,so as to make a comprehensive exposition of the core issues of the study.On the basis of theoreticalresearch,the author uses questionnaire survey and interview to conduct research in some colleges and universities in Shanghai,and analyzes the obtained primary data.With reference to existing research results,this research found that the study of justice view education of college students made great progress in recent years,but problems are still obvious,such as education goal understanding unclear,deviating from the student actual education content,conflict between education content and social environment and cultural environment,the limitation of recessive education,inadequate application of modern media.To find the formation of these problems,the author found that the external environment of education,the quality of teachers,social interaction model implied the main reasons from the aspects of the university education system and social environment analysis.Based on the study of current college students justice view education problems and the reasons,the author puts forward the specific way to improve the justice view education.For the education principle,justice view education should adheres to principles that unites scientific nature and ideological nature,combined class teaching leading direction with multilateral cooperate,combined educators domination with students subjectivity;Justice view education implementation should improves the scientific and artistic enhancement;Broadening the way of justice view education,providing variety education platforms,collecting multi-dimensional education resources to establish a real link between college education and social life;To enhance the systematic degree of justice view education of college students,and to enhance the systematic degree from the perspective of the coordination of system and mechanism,the connection of educational links,and the formation of multi-educational forces;This paper explores effective methods to improve the justice view education of college students,innovating educational methods from three aspects of basic methods,special methods and multiple methods.
