Since ancient times,The Chinese Kindergarten culture has emphasized the benevolence and care for "children at the beginning of childhood" and emphasized the teacher's "heart of benevolence" and regards it as the core of the moral system.The essential purpose of education is to educate people.The true meaning lies in the link between love's exchanges and emotions,so as to promote the individual's happiness and dignity.In the face of special educational objects,kindergarten teachers should play more roles as caregivers.This is the original characteristic of kindergarten teachers' profession.Caring for children is the concept of kindness that all kindergarten teachers should uphold,and it is the core of their teacher's moral system.This article is based on the theoretical background of pedagogy.Focusing on the relevant theories of love and the basic theoretical viewpoints of educational love,combining the internal rules of moral education and the psychological overview of morality,focusing on the study of the kindergarten teachers' caring quality,This article draws on the core theoretical viewpoints from the Western Gilligan's Caring Moral Theory and Noddings "Concern Theory",and combines the actual characteristics of the current preschool education development to form a questionnaire for the kindergarten teachers' caring quality.In this way,we will explore the development status and influencing factors of kindergarten teachers' caring quality.Based on the results of 359 questionnaires,the overall quality of kindergarten teachers' caring quality is good.Significantly related to the following demographic factors: age,teaching age,first degree,highest degree,Marriage,region,public or private,reputation,compiling or uncompiled,number of children in the class,job title,(working day)working hours,(weekend day)working hours,number of offspring.For the relevant results of the data survey,select kindergarten teachers to conduct targeted in-depth interviews,Based on the results of data surveys and interviews,combined with the thinking of relevant theories,Propose the improvement path of kindergartenteachers' caring quality-REPI model:(1)Reading-awakening the subject's caring conscience.(2)Enjoying-leisure,art,caring emotions.(3)Practicing-to create a caring behavior with "apprenticeship."(4)Immersing-fostering the beliefHelping teachers improve their overall quality through reading,thus awakening teacher's caring conscience;Liberating teachers with leisure,promoting the richness of the subject's emotional world through artistic aesthetics,promoting the development of a sound personality,and strengthening the caring emotions of teachers;With the "apprenticeship system",it will help the professional development of novice teachers,Strengthen communication and experience sharing,help novice teachers to shape caring behavior,improve the wisdom of novice teachers;Finally,the cultivation of kindergarten teachers' caring quality is rooted in the soil of excellent traditional culture.based on the present,through the ancient and modern times,carrying forward the fine tradition of "respecting teachers and teaching" and creating an excellent social and cultural environment.Teachers themselves should adhere to the pursuit of "sincerity and integrity",To build a "home culture" in kindergartens,and teachers themselves should adhere to the pursuit of "sincerity".Thinking of educational conscience in the way of philosophical thinking,and reflect on their own words and deeds with "vigilance".When the "goodness of education" of "goodness" is trapped in the dangers of educational life,seek the peace of your own world,and in the constant philosophical thinking,you can understand the "heartedness and goodness" of education.Therefore,we continue to sublimate our own convictions of caring and ultimately promote the improvement of caring quality.
