Research On Construction Quality Management Of Campus Digital Monitoring Network

Today,the video surveillance system has been widely used,has penetrated into people's lives and work,and quietly changing our world.Video surveillance from the national Skynet project to small and medium enterprises,video surveillance has been everywhere.Since the birth of the video surveillance system,it has been several decades.At present,has developed into a large-scale,networked and intelligent stage and continue toward cloud platform,quantized direction development,which led to the installation and construction process of video surveillance system more and more complex process,longer duration,the more the kind of problems that may be encountered in the construction.The traditional equipment installation process will not be able to follow the prescribed order to ensure the project schedule and delivery of the video monitoring system of quality monitoring system,once failed to put into operation,there might be unable to obtain evidence of information and so on a series of serious problems.In order to ensure the timely construction of video surveillance system,high quality,low price of the smooth delivery,the construction quality management must be the gateway.Based on the background of the construction of Qingdao Harbour Vocational and Technical College digital video monitoring system based on the campus situation,in order to achieve good quality and reasonable schedule first analyzed in-depth understanding of the intelligent algorithm of several commonly used theory,project schedule optimization and its application characteristics and working process are briefly introduced and analyzed,analysis of the existence of the project the construction and management problems in the process and the possible results of the project,in the double code network plan and to optimize the design of the project.In the actual project cost can not meet the requirements,the use of genetic algorithm to optimize the mathematical model and the further by MATLAB programming and operation adjustment,optimization and comparison,the final conclusion,and the optimization results of double code network plan and genetic algorithm optimization results were compared.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the project,the quality management plan of the project based on the economic,practical and implementation,to optimize the cost of construction and construction,achieved satisfactory results.
