In the context of the Internet age,the rapid development of social computerization and powerful data collection and storage tools bring about explosive growth of data,and the rapid growth of data,widespread use and mass storage enable us to step into the period of big data.With the continuous advancement of higher education in China,the number of college graduates continues to increase,which is followed by an increase in the number of employed people.The employment situation of college students is very serious,but many colleges lack objective and systematic guidance on college students' academic and employment.According to the above application background,this thesis proposes a research topic of university career planning expert system based on data mining.Based on the research of data mining technology,expert system technology and college students' domestic and international academic achievements,this thesis summarizes the use of data mining technology to mine the behavior data of graduated students and find out the knowledge hidden behind the data.The knowledge is used in the design of the career planning guidance for students in school.This thesis mainly carried out the following research:(1)The research on data mining and expert systems and other related technologies at home and abroad is expounded,and the system is analyzed in detail from the perspective of system requirements,system technology and system performance.(2)According to the technical analysis of the system,the strategy of clustering and classification is proposed to realize the data mining algorithm of the system.The Canopy algorithm is used to preprocess the k-means algorithm,which improves the accuracy and performance of the clustering algorithm.Then,based on the improved clustering algorithm,combined with the data preprocessing technology and real student data,the expert system knowledge base is completed.The introduction of the coordination factor improves the calculation method of the information gain rate of the C4.5 algorithm,and completes the establishment of the expert system inference engine based on the improved decision tree algorithm.Finally,the effect of the expert system reasoning mechanism was evaluated using real student data.The following work was completed for the implementation of the system:(1)According to the analysis of system requirements,the functions of the system are divided into two parts and different functional modules for the front-end business function of the student user and the background management function for the administrator,and the operation flow of each function is designed.(2)Set up the server framework of the system,and then use the relevant technology to complete the implementation of the system's functional modules and human-computer interaction web pages,and establish a system database.(3)The functional modules of the system were tested to ensure the perfect function of the system;the performance of the system server was tested using professional software to examine the performance of the system server.Finally,the research work of the thesis is summarized,and the direction of subsequent research and improvement is prospected.
