Ideological And Political Education Function Of WeChat For College Students And Its Implementation Path

With the rapid development of communication technology,smart phones have been widely used in the society.New media represented by WeChat are popular among contemporary college students for their advantages and gradually affect every aspect of study and life of college students and deeply change their thoughts and acts.The emergence and development of Wechat provides a new carrier for ideological and political education and can play an important role in Ideological and political education.Colleges and universities should actively adapt to the changes and development of the Internet era,fully tap the ideological and political education function of Wechat,actively use Wechat to strengthen and improve ideological and political education of College students,and further enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of Ideological and political education of College students.Research contents of this paper can be divided into the following four chapters.In the first chapter,the author described basic concepts of WeChat and its influences on college students.On the basis of basic meaning,features,functions and development situation of WeChat,the author further revealed positive and negative impacts ofWeChat on study and life of college students and explored opportunities and challenges brought byWeChat to college students in ideological and political education.In the second chapter,the author elaborated meaning,contents and features of ideological and political education function of WeChat.Starting from the meaning of ideological and political education function of WeChat,the author deeply explored specific contents of ideological and political education function of WeChat,discussed main features of ideological and political education function of WeChat and made a theoretical exploration of ideological and political education function of WeChat from different levels,which laid a foundation for research of this paper.In the third chapter,the author analyzed implementation situation of ideological and political education function of WeChat in universities and colleges.The author mainly referred to some survey data about application of WeChat by some colleges and universities in ideological and political education,made a detailed analysis of main achievements made and prominent problems existing in implementation of ideological and political education function of WeChat by universities and colleges after conclusion and summarized main factors restricting implementation of ideological and political education function of WeChat.In the fourth chapter,the author mainly explored the path in which universities and colleges implement ideological and political education function of WeChat.The author made a deep discussion from four aspects and put forward measures aboutimplementation of ideological and political education with WeChat among college students.Specifically,Colleges and Universities Should Actively Use Wechat Platform to Develop Ideological and Political Education for College Students,,enhance building of working team of ideological and political education withWeChat of the universities and colleges and improve overall competence ofWeChat users of college students,Establishing the Long-term Mechanism of Wechat in Ideological and Political Education.
