Innovation is the soul of the nation and the fundamental motive force for the sustainable development of the country.If the Chinese nation wants to realize the good "China Dream",it must improve the level of innovation in an all-round way.In the process of scientific and technological development,social progress and building an innovative country,a large number of innovative talents are needed,and each university is an important platform for cultivating innovative talents.Therefore,colleges and universities should take active responsibility to cultivate more innovative talents.This paper takes the College of Business and Technology of Hebei University as an example to study the innovation ability of contemporary college students with theoretical and practical significance.On the one hand,through the analysis of relevant core concepts,the theoretical basis for the cultivation of college students' innovative ability is clarified.In addition,through exploring the problems existing in the process of cultivating college students' innovative ability,they dig deeper and analyze the reasons with the questionnaire data,and propose a targeted,constructive and operative countermeasures from the perspective of synergy theory,not only for the College of Business and Technology of Hebei University.The cultivation of innovative talents has practical significance,and it is also useful for cultivating college students' innovative ability and improving their comprehensive quality.This paper explores the concept,research progress and current situation of college students' innovative ability through literature research method,questionnaire survey method,comparative analysis method and systematic analysis method.Taking the College of Business and Technology of Hebei University as an example,the questionnaire survey was conducted and made.Reliability and validity analysis.Combined with the relevant data obtained from the questionnaire survey,it puts forward three problems in the process of cultivating college students' innovative ability.In the aspect of curriculum teaching,there is an unreasonable structure of curriculum content,a single method of innovative curriculum assessment,and the college pays insufficient attention to the cultivation of students' innovative ability.There are fewer interdisciplinary exchange opportunities in the school;in terms of the faculty,there are problems in the level of innovation and entrepreneurship,the number of guidance for innovative and entrepreneurial teachers is small,and the introduction of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers is weak;there is a relatively simple practice in the process of innovation practice.Lack of project landing safeguards,inability to adapt to the incubation conditions of various projects,and low level of school-enterprise collaboration;and analyze the causes of the above problems.Finally,based on the perspective of synergy theory,this paper proposes a targeted and holistic approach based on the experience of foreign universities.The countermeasures put forward the idea of applying the technology-based college students' innovative ability to cultivate synergistic development,and propose to improve the application of technical college students.The enthusiasm for the cultivation of innovative abilities,as well as the internal and external collaborative platforms for the construction of applied technology-based college students' innovative ability.
