Study On The Training System Of Applied Undergraduate Talents For Independent Colleges In Guangdong Province

With the continuous development of science and technology,China's higher education presents a new development trend,and a large number of independent colleges emerge.The birth of independent colleges is the product of China's economic development,education reform and innovation of higher education running mechanism and mode under the new situation.Its appearance not only effectively alleviates the contradiction between higher education resources and the ever-growing education supply and demand of the broad masses of the people,but also reduces the pressure caused by the expansion of university enrollment,which is a new form of the popularization of higher education in China.However,problems such as homogeneity of training objectives,blindness of professional setting,imperfect curriculum system,unreasonable faculty structure,single teaching method and incomplete practical teaching system also appear in the continuous development,hindering the sustainable development of independent colleges.Therefore,how to perfect the application-oriented undergraduate talent training system and improve the competitiveness with other institutions of higher learning so as to achieve sustainable development has become a hot topic in academic research.This paper mainly studies the talent cultivation system of applied undergraduates of guangdong institute of independence,and adopts the literature analysis method,case analysis and comparative analysis method to sort out the current research status of guangdong institute of independence and find the existing problems and causes.Then,taking the pearl river college of south China agricultural university as an example,this paper studies its overall characteristics,personnel training types and innovative training system,and gets corresponding enlightenment according to its characteristics.Learning from the successful experience of foreign applied undergraduate talent training system,there are the "dual system" talent training system represented by Germany,the CBE system represented by Canada and the United States,and the "sandwich" system represented by Britain.At the same time,combining with the regional economic characteristics and market conditions of guangdong province,the paper puts forward the strategies of optimizing the talent cultivation system of applied undergraduates of guangdong independent college: accurately positioning the training target,strengthening the reform of curriculum characteristics,strengthening the construction of teachers,innovating the teaching system,improving the quality assurance system and the practical teaching guarantee system.Through the research on the personnel training system of applied undergraduate of guangdong independent college,the reform of the personnel training system of independent college can be promoted in the whole region of guangdong.It can be used for reference to improve the training system of applied talents for guangdong and even national independent colleges.With the basic understanding of the development status of the personnel training system of the independent college,the reform of applied undergraduate talents of the independent college of guangdong province was further promoted to develop in a favorable direction.
