In the field of intelligent equipment,with the rapid popularization and promotion of industrial robot and other intelligent equipment,"machine substitution" has become the development trend of manufacturing industry in China.As the important productivity of skilled talents to accelerate the adjustment and transformation of the national industrial structure,secondary vocational education should strengthen the comprehensive skills of secondary vocational students and cultivate skilled talents to match the development of intelligent equipment.This paper is based on the field of intelligent equipment and takes vocational skills of secondary vocational students as the main line,focusing on the matching and development path of vocational skills of secondary vocational students.On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research,the author comprehensively uses the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,case method,etc.to reflect the logic of “clarifying the concept—quantifying vocational skills—analyzing the status of vocational skills of secondary vocational students—planning the matching and development path of vocational skills”.First,using the literature method to define the concept of vocational skills.In order to sort out the historical context and identify today with the past,in the field of intelligent equipment,the relevant specialty provision of secondary vocational schools should be matched and developed with vocational skills as a breakthrough.Through the enterprise perspective,the vocational skills are quantified into four levels,occupational general skills,occupation-specific skills,cross-disciplinary skills and core skills.Secondly,using the interview method and the questionnaire survey method,the author investigates and analyzes the current vocational skills training status of industrial robot and the status of robot-related enterprise job skills.It is found that there is a mismatch between the vocational skills of industrial robot and the skills and needs of corporate job skills.Thirdly,based on previous preparations and the problem found in the survey,with vocational skills as the training standard,schools and enterprise-oriented,plan the vocational skill matching and development path for the secondary vocational students in the field of intelligent equipment,from the aspects of vocational construction,course system,teaching resource platform,intelligent training based and evaluation mechanism,etc.Finally,taking the secondary vocational schools that have already established industrial robot as an example,and making an in-depth analysis from the aspects of professional knowledge,curriculum system,teaching platform and evaluation mechanism,in order to find a vocational skill training program for secondary vocational students with reference.Through the planning of vocational skills matching and development path of secondary vocational students,it provides a universal program for secondary vocational schools to cultivate skilled talents that match the development demand of intelligent equipment.
