Teachers have always played a decisive role in the field of education.In order to develop education well,the cultivation of teachers cannot be ignored,and guaranteeing the quality of teacher training has become a very important part.Britain in order to improve the quality of teacher training,improve teachers' education teaching skills,but also to alleviate some school teacher shortage,poor quality of the teaching situation,and help solve the problem of weak school education of the disadvantaged,the British business community and education combined,in the early 21 st century proposed thet "teach first" programme,the programme is mainly cultivate excellent teacher for two years and then want to cultivate excellent teachers in two years,also is one of one of the features of the plan;In this paper,the methods of literature research and comparative analysis are used to make a multi-dimensional and in-depth discussion on how to guarantee the quality of teacher training of "teaching first" program in the Britain.The first part mainly expounds the background of "teach first" program,and mainly from three aspects the reasons,a background from a macro point of view,the Britain was faced with political reform,which to a certain extent,affected the education reform,characterized by the British government pay more attention to education,in order to better the development of teacher education issued many policy,makes organizations also gradually began to pay more attention to the teacher,and to realize the quality of teachers is particularly important.Second,the long-standing
