In recent years,because the government and society pay more attention to the protection and inheritance of national culture,the educational circles have also made remarkable achievements in realizing the concept of cultural localization,individualization and nationalization.As the basic unit of inheriting Mongolian culture,Mongolian kindergartens integrate national culture into kindergarten environment,curriculum,games and regional activities,so that Mongolian kindergartens maintain their own characteristics and lay a good foundation for national culture.However,from the aspect of management of Mongolian kindergartens,kindergartens have not effectively conveyed their national characteristics to the public,and have not formed a systematic and scientific image and cultural characteristics,which poses a severe challenge to the further promotion and future development of kindergartens.This study elaborates the significance and role of image culture in Mongolian kindergartens and its importance to the sustainable development of kindergartens.By incorporating national culture into the organizational culture of kindergartens,the image culture of kindergartens with national characteristics can be formed.This study mainly adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire,interview and observation.Taking the Mongolian kindergartens in Hohhot(New District),Xilinguole and Wulatzhong Banner as the research objects,this paper studies the image culture of three kindergartens at different levels,and according to the fifth chapter of "Administration and Management of Preschool Education" : the basic content of organizational culture construction of the second section of kindergartens in kindergarten organization and culture.The classification of organizational culture divides organizational culture into spiritual culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture,material culture and image culture.According to the classification of image culture in related papers,the author divides the image culture ofMongolian kindergartens into four dimensions: personnel image,environmental image,cultural image and social image.By investigating the status quo of image culture of the three Mongolian kindergartens,we find some problems in image culture of Mongolian kindergartens,such as the deviation of parents' understanding of the image of Mongolian kindergarten teachers,the lack of differences and systematicness in cultural image and environmental image of kindergartens,and the lack of professionalism in image culture construction.Through the analysis of the causes of the problems,it is found that the main reasons lie in the lack of preschool educators' participation in the shaping of the image culture of the park,the lack of systematic planning in the later development process,and the lack of image culture propaganda in the management and operation process.Finally,the author combines organizational culture construction theory,ethnology theory and enterprise management CIS theory.Starting from improving the consciousness of preschool educators and managers of kindergartens in shaping the image culture of kindergartens,this paper uses CIS theory to design the image culture of kindergartens in a systematic and scientific way,and puts forward corresponding strategies to solve the problems existing in the process of image culture construction of Mongolian kindergartens by means of open propaganda windows.
