A Study On The Development And Utilization Of Primary And Secondary School Equipment In Changshun County,the Prefecture Of Southern Guizhou

The physical health of students has been a hot topic of discussion in all walks of life.In the process of improving physical fitness and improving health,sports facilities must be supported.However,school physical education is still a weak link in the education work in the south and north regions of changshun county where ethnic minorities live in concentrated communities.There is a serious shortage of physical education teachers,and the overall level and professional level are not high.The venues and equipment cannot meet the needs of students in physical education.Therefore,in order to develop physical education reform in schools,cultivate sports reserve talents comprehensively,and improve the physical fitness of teenagers,it is urgent to develop and utilize sports venues and equipment resources.This paper studies the development and utilization of sports venues and equipment resources in 53 primary and secondary schools in changshun county through interview,questionnaire,literature and mathematical statistics,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The qiannan changshun the status quo of physical education,there are many deficiencies in the process of sports activities and the factors restricting the development of middle and primary school sports,embodied in: sports venues and equipment equipped with insufficient,lack of sports funding is very unbalanced power distribution PE teachers,south,north,central distribution is extremely remarkable differences,gender ratio.(2)Most primary and secondary schools in changshun county do not pay enough attention to school physical education,and physical education is seriously occupied.Many schools only have physical education in the curriculum,and the classroom teaching content is not rigorous,and physical education teachers are not professional.Lack of extracurricular activities,many schools even the basic school sports meet can not organize,the content of the activities is relatively traditional single,mainly to broadcast exercise.(3)Changshun region resource is very rich,but the consciousness of physical education teachers,autonomy ability,effort,and hindered the development of primary and secondary schools sports equipment use,development situation is not ideal,can’t be fully used,especially the existing community resources and local traditional minority national sports resources,causing changshun idle rich sports curriculum resources.(4)The development content of sports field equipment in primary and secondary schools in changshun county is mainly based on the multi-functional use of existing sports field,especially the basketball court,which has the largest number of teachers,accounting for 56.6%.However,the development of non-sports venues in schools is very deficient.(5)There are many opportunities for teachers to participate in the new curriculum reform training,but most of them go through the process in order to complete the task.Theories and knowledge related to the development and utilization of school sports venues and equipment resources are vague,and classes are arbitrary.Many schools practice for exams,and their teaching methods are single,which are not liked by students.Lack of evaluation on physical education teachers.(6)Students have a high demand for the development and utilization of sports facilities,mainly to meet their needs of strong body and personal interests.The development and utilization of sports facilities in primary and secondary schools in changshun county is of great significance to improve the comprehensive quality of teachers and students,promote the physical and mental development of teachers and students,enrich campus sports culture,form local sports characteristics and promote school sports work.(7)The development of physical education curriculum in the minority gathering area of changshun county,qiannan prefecture is restricted by many factors,such as manpower,facilities and funds.However,these factors also make it possible to develop and utilize sports venues,equipment resources and traditional ethnic minority sports resources,so as to provide a basis for better development.
