Kindergarten environment as a "hidden course" is of great Significance to the overall development of young children.The development and utilization of local educational resources and the creation of a suitable kindergarten environment will help promote the overall development of young children.This study take the kindergarten A as an example,and uses a case study method to analyze the development process in which the kindergarten integrates Tujia craft culture into environmental creation.It is found that the kindergarten is based on the goal of “letting young children become Smiling,good observation,diligent,cooperative,and grateful.” After several years of practical exploration,the development of environmental creation not only satisfies the growth of children,the needs and interests have also promoted the professional growth of teachers in creating and utilizing the environment.And have laid the foundation for “creating a garden-based curriculum and inheriting Tujia culture”.At the same time,with the development of the Tujia craft culture into the environment,There is a lack integration of cultural content of other nationalities;teachers' participation ability and guiding ability in the integration of Tujia craft culture into kindergarten environment creation is weak;There is no mutual support between teaching and environment;And no targeted evaluation has been formed.The reason is mainly managers' understanding of the concept of multicultural integration education needs to be strengthened;The professional ability of teachers to apply the Tujia craft to carry out environmental creation is insufficient;The evaluation mechanism of the kindergarten on the integration of Tujia craft culture into the environment is not sound;The community resources created for the kindergarten environment need to be further explored.In view of This,this study proposes the following improvement suggestions:managers pay attention to multicultural integration education when the Tujia craft culture is integrated into the environment creation.Kindergartens enhance the professional ability to apply Tujia craft culture to environment creation.Kindergartens should strengthen communicating and cooperating with community.And parents should be encouraged to actively participate in the environmental creation activities of the kindergarten.
