Research On The Training Mode Of Marine Tourism Talents In Hainan Colleges

In the context of building Pilot Free Trade Zone and Free Trade Port with Chinese Characteristics,Hainan Province is comprehensively developing marine economy in an all-round way and in the strategy of revitalizing Hainan Province through ocean.Abundant marine resources and tourism resources have brought about more development opportunities and challenges to Hainan Province.Marine tourism will become the focus of economy and growth point in Hainan in the future.However,being rich in resources is not equal to being powerful in resources,how to turn resource advantage into economic advantage,so as to promote the development of marine tourism,Hainan Province should do its utmost to attract talents and put talents to good use.Colleges should fulfill the mission of cultivating high-end talents and contribute to the development of Hainan Tourism and economic development.Through literature review,data collection,questionnaires and in-depth interviews with industry experts and other research methods,the author investigated and analyzed the current situation of marine tourism talents training and the demand for marine tourism talents in Hainan,and found that the existing marine tourism talents resources in Hainan have the problems of small quantity,low quality and unreasonable structure,which are difficult to meet the demand of marine tourism enterprises and affect the overall development of marine tourism.Therefore,based on the actual needs of the development of marine tourism,the paper compares and draws lessons from foreign advanced talent training models,defines Hainan's tourism talents and sets up the training model.This paper constructs a new mode of marine tourism talents training in Hainan colleges and universities from the aspects of talents training objectives,talents training specifications,professional courses,teaching practice methods,etc.,which provides the basis and reference for Hainan marine tourism talents training decision-making.According to the actual situation of Hainan's marine tourism talents demand and in-depth research,this paper takes Hainan's marine tourism talents training demand as the background,and draws lessons from related successful professional talents training mode of the Europe,America,east Asia,Australia,Thailand,combining with the actual situation of Hainan Province's location resources,etc.,to explore a new model of marine tourism talents training in Hainan universities,which is suitable for colleges and universities,covering Hainan and radiating the whole country,from the aspects of orientation,goals,specifications,methods of high-level marine tourism talents.
