As a kind of productive service industry,modern logistics industry has become the basic industry of the national economy,and its development level has become one of the important indicators to measure the overall national strength.Especially in the Tibet Autonomous Region,its logistics industry is developing rapidly and its development prospects.good.Compared with the fast-growing logistics industry,the Tibet Autonomous Region is obviously lagging behind in the training of logistics management talents.The logistics vocational education started late,the development speed is slow,the number of enrolled students is small,and the qualified logistics management talents are also under-represented,resulting in a huge Tibet Autonomous Region.The shortage of logistics management talents has led to a serious shortage of logistics management talents in the current Tibet Autonomous Region.Through the research on the training mode of logistics service and management professionals in secondary vocational schools,not only can the talent training mode be optimized,the employment quantity and employment quality of the professional students can be improved,but also the supply and demand of logistics management talents in Tibet Autonomous Region can be balanced and cultivated the logistics management talents that meet “the characteristics of China and characteristics of Tibet” and “reliable,retainable,and usable” are of great significance.This paper puts forward the core issues to be studied in this paper in the context of the topic selection and research significance,research purposes and research methods in the first chapter,that is,the Tibet Autonomous Region urgently needs logistics management talents,and then through the second chapter of secondary vocational logistics services and The management professional talent training mode is introduced to provide a basic overview of the logistics service and management majors and the talent training mode of secondary vocational and technical schools.In the third chapter,the investigation and analysis of the status quo of Lhasa second-level logistics service and management professionals training mode,Investigate and analyze the market demand of logistics management talents in Tibet Autonomous Region,and use the questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the training mode of logistics service and management professionals in Lhasa.On the basis of this,through the case analysis method,Lhasa II Investigate and analyze the status quo of the logistics service and management professional talent training mode,and find out the problems existing in the current logistics service and management professional training methods of the second secondary vocational and technical school in Lhasa,that is,the gap between the logistics management talent training target and the market demand Lead to logistics management talent supply The problem of the teacher's teaching method is not in line with the requirements of the logistics management personnel training and the teaching level needs to be improved;the college internship practice curriculum can not meet the students' learning needs and the school-enterprise cooperation needs to be strengthened;the lack of students' professional ability needs to be added In the analysis of these four aspects,combined with the actual situation of the logistics industry in the Tibet Autonomous Region,the author puts forward targeted countermeasures in the fourth chapter of the talent training model optimization proposal,that is,optimize the logistics management personnel training goal.More detailed,flexible and guide students to establish a correct concept of employment;expand the number of teachers,strengthen the formation of teachers and increase the content of practical teaching and strengthen the understanding of "double-type" teachers to solve the existence of teachers' teaching methods The problem;increase the intensity of school-enterprise cooperation and increase the proportion of practical training courses and the use of information technology to solve problems in the practice of practical training;optimize students in terms of qualifications,professionalism and career management skills The cultivation of professional ability.This paper hopes to effectively solve the problems in the training methods of logistics service and management professionals through these four countermeasures,which reflects the problems existing in the training methods of logistics service and management professionals in secondary vocational schools in Tibet Autonomous Region and proposes optimization suggestions.It is of great significance and can help alleviate the shortage of logistics management talents in the Tibet Autonomous Region,and help to cultivate logistics management talents that meet “the characteristics of China and characteristics of Tibet” and “reliable,retainable,and usable”.
