Career planning ability plays a crucial role in the future employment and career development of students in Tibet autonomous region.As a special group of the employment group,students of secondary vocational and technical schools have certain career planning ability,which is more and more important for their future development.The study on the career planning ability of secondary vocational students is not only beneficial to the perfection of the theoretical system of career planning education in China,but also beneficial to the sustainable development of the career planning ability of secondary vocational students in Tibet autonomous region.This article mainly USES the questionnaire survey method,interview method,and social research methods of literature analysis,trying to understand Tibet in the development of secondary vocational school students career planning ability present situation and the problems existing in the education of career planning,and to explore the influence factors of secondary vocational school students career planning ability,based on the secondary vocational school students' career planning education more targeted countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.The research object is a secondary vocational school in Lhasa,Tibet autonomous region.380 students from different majors and grades of the first secondary vocational and technical school in Lhasa were randomly tested.The main conclusions are as follows: 1.Through literature reading and summarizing,the influencing factors of career planning ability mainly include students' individual factors,family environment factors,school education factors and social environment factors.Based on previous studies,this study will examine the factors that affect the students' career planning ability in secondary vocational schools in terms of their gender,ethnicity,major,grade,parents' occupation,whether they are the only child,whether they have internship experience,and whether they have cadre experience.2.The overall score of students' career planning ability in Tibet secondary vocational school is 2.68,which is slightly lower than that of general undergraduate students.0.1.The level of students' career decision-making ability is low.3.Tibet secondary vocational school students career planning ability in gender,nationality,students,as a class cadre or not,only children and parents career has significant differences,including boys is significantly higher than girls,the han nationality students was significantly higher than that of minority students and urban students is significantly higher than rural students,the class cadre students is significantly higher than the class cadre of students,the one-child students is significantly higher than the one-child students,parents,students working in state organs and formal enterprises engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry in pastoral areas is significantly higher than parents work of students.There are significant differences in whether students have experienced internship and different grades,but no significant differences in different majors.4.The working nature of parents of students in Tibet secondary vocational school has a significant impact on their children's career planning ability,especially on their career action,monitoring ability and career exploration ability.According to the imbalanced development level of students' career planning ability in secondary vocational schools in Tibet and the influencing factors of their career planning ability,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for the career planning education of students in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of secondary vocational schools in Tibet and the government of the autonomous region.1.Strengthen the guidance of career planning for weaker groups.2.Pay attention to the combination of social practice,cadre practice and career planning education.3.Improve the professional quality of teachers of career planning courses.4.Innovate the classroom form and content consistency of career planning.5.Enrich campus activities and promote students' career planning ability.
