Research purposes: At present,the issue of teachers' teaching autonomy and teachers' job satisfaction is becoming more and more concerned,and more quantitative research is conducted on different regions or different objects in the form of questionnaires.As far as the physical education discipline is concerned,the particularity of the curriculum and the particularity of the teaching methods can reflect the characteristics of the physical education discipline different from other disciplines.The research on the physical autonomy of physical education teachers is mainly reflected in the lack of autonomy of teachers and the work of physical education teachers.In the study of satisfaction,the three aspects of physical education teachers' dissatisfaction are: wages,social status and self-realization.Then is there a certain relationship between teachers' teaching autonomy and teacher job satisfaction?Through the literature review,it is found that some scholars regard teaching autonomy as an intermediary to study the relationship between teachers' teaching autonomy and teacher job satisfaction.The results show that teachers' teaching autonomy can predict teachers' job satisfaction to a certain extent.However,the shortcoming in the study is that there is no specific division of the discipline,and the results of the study cannot be applied to all disciplines.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to study the teaching autonomy and job satisfaction of physical education teachers.Subjects and methods: The main research methods used in this study were literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method.According to the method of overall random sampling,38 junior high schools were selected in five areas of east,west,north and south of Shandong Province.The 304 physical education teachers were selected as the research objects of this study(including 8 middle schools in Lunan,7 middle schools in Lubei,7 middle schools in Luxi,8 middle schools in Ludong and 8 middle schools in Luzhong,and 8 sports in each middle school.Teachers),in order to study the relationship between teaching autonomy and job satisfaction of physical education teachers,to lay a theoretical foundation for the development of physical education teachers' teaching autonomy and job satisfaction.Research Conclusions and suggestions: There is a positive correlation between the length of teaching and the teaching autonomy of physical education teachers in Shandong Province.The older the length of teaching,the higher the teachingautonomy.The teachers who have been teaching for less than 10 years have less practical experience It is difficult to gain reasonable,effective,independent space,limited ability to solve problems in a short time,which leads to the weakening of teaching autonomy.Teachers who have been teaching for more than 10 years have accumulated solid teaching experience in their long-term teaching practice,are more sensitive to the difficulties and hot issues encountered in education and teaching,and have the consciousness and ability to solve them actively.There is a positive correlation between seniority and salary,and the higher the seniority is,the higher the recognition of salary dimension is.The length of service is negatively related to the overall development of the school,the expectation of the old teachers for the school is not as eager as that of the young teachers,the years of work and the school's long-term neglect of the physical education subject So that some of the old teachers for the overall development of the school dimension does not have an optimistic attitude.Academic qualifications did not show a correlation with teachers' teaching autonomy and job satisfaction,but professional titles were positively correlated with salary treatment and negatively correlated with school development Young teachers with lower professional titles lack the awareness of exerting their teaching autonomy,and their expectations for the future are somewhat pessimistic.Teachers with higher professional titles perceive the degree of their teaching autonomy to be higher than those with grade I and Grade II professional titles And the value appeal to the teaching autonomy is more.The professional title has the encouraging function to the physical education teacher.In the dimension of the overall development of schools,teachers with higher professional titles have lower expectations for the future.Unlike young teachers,who are full of passion for the development of schools and disciplines,they believe that they will be able to make a great contribution to the development of their field of vision.The higher the professional titles,the school for the neglect of the discipline of physical education opinion is greater.Teaching autonomy and curriculum autonomy are positively correlated with social recognition dimension,Logistics Service Dimension,Relationship Dimension and School Development Dimension.The positive effect of teacher autonomy on job satisfaction is obvious.When pe teachers get more support on teaching autonomy and curriculum autonomy,they will further recognize their own career.Logistically,a teacher with high autonomy may think of the venue as his or her home,a physical education classroom,while a teacher with low autonomy may think of himself or herself as merely an agent librarian.Therefore,the level of teaching and curriculum autonomy has a profound impact on the overall view of some teachers on logistics services.From the point of view of the relations at all levels,the physical education teachers with low autonomy in curriculum and teaching have a reduced sense of presence among their own physical education teachers,their sense of presence among the teachers' team,and so on,because the curriculum is occupied,the leaders do not attach importance to it At all levels of the relationship between the dimension of the low sense of presence.Teachers with high teaching autonomy and curriculum autonomy have a clear orientation to themselves,a clear contribution to the school,and a positive attitude to the contribution of the sports discipline to the development of the school Believing that their own efforts play a role in the overall development of the school and that they have a strong sense of ownership,they take a positive and optimistic attitude towards the overall development of learning,while teachers with less autonomy are perceived as development of the school,as well as their own future development of the pessimistic attitude.Generally speaking,teachers' teaching autonomy and teachers' job satisfaction are positive correlation,and teachers' autonomy has positive influence on job satisfaction.Generally speaking,teachers with teaching autonomy,overall satisfaction and their own professional status can be sublimated,teachers will have a clear self-development and self-realization of interest For Teachers,the self-realization of their professional career is the realization of their own teaching ideal,and it can be said that
