The acceleration of knowledge updating iteration and the new requirement of teachers' specialization force teachers to make more perfect career planning.A perfect career planning can help teachers improve their professional level and make them have enough ability to cope with the changes in the future educational environment.The female backbone teachers in urban primary schools are the core force of urban primary school teachers and play an important role in school education and teaching.Schools usually attach great importance to the selection and training of key teachers.However,after teachers become backbone teachers,schools generally lack the corresponding incentive mechanism,leading to female backbone teachers cannot better continue to grow and improve on the basis of previous work experience and academic achievements.From the perspective of gender research on school management and teachers' career development,this paper conducts a systematic and in-depth study on female backbone teachers in urban primary schools by means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview survey,and combines the characteristics of their further career development and management strategies.Firstly,through the in-depth study of career planning theory,teachers' professional development theory and women's career development theory,and the use of cultural analysis,questionnaire survey,interviews and other related research,we can understand the current situation of female backbone teachers in urban primary schools in China.Through the research,it is found that female backbone teachers generally lack career planning and other situations,and do not specifically improve their professional literacy.Secondly,through the study of the current situation,this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of career planning of female backbone teachers in urban primary schools from three different levels: first,the teachers' professional values are not clear;second,they are facing high work pressure,imperfect performance evaluation mechanism,insufficient help,differential treatment between men and women,low economic income,etc.Thirdly,role conflict in family,social network,family members' views on work and so on.Finally,combined with the research results of domestic and foreign scholars and the research results of this paper,the solutions to the related problems are given.From the individual level,female backbone teachers in urban primary schools must realize the importance of career planning and master stronger professional competence on the basis of setting up correct professional concepts;from the organizational level,schools and relevant departments must provide perfect vocational guidance for female backbone teachers and provide teachers with professional competence on the basis of improving teachers' treatment.Support,help teachers to reduce their workload,ensure that male and female teachers have equal rights,in order to enhance the subjective initiative of female backbone teachers.From the perspective of family society,female backbone teachers must deal with the contradiction between work and family,and further close the relationship between family and school.
