Research On The Grading Standard Of Volkswagen Women’s Gymnastics

As a traditional sports sport in China,gymnastics has won many outstanding achievements in the world competition and is in the leading position in the international sports.However,in recent years,China’s gymnastics projects have gradually been marginalized,the mass base is weak,the reserve talents are insufficient,and the competitiveness is declining.Faced with this situation,we should actively take various measures to increase the popularity of gymnastics in the public sphere.Scientific and reasonable project grade standards have profound significance for the promotion and popularization of the project.So far,there has not been a public gymnastics technical grade standard that is planned and suitable for the masses to exercise and implement in China.This study mainly uses the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,logic analysis method,etc.to design the public female gymnastics technical grade standard,with reference to the gymnastics,Shanghai youth gymnastics and gymnastics new level 2 training standards.The current characteristics of gymnastics development,the construction of the public gymnastics fitness activities for the purpose of the popular women’s gymnastics technical grade standards,on the basis of increasing the gymnastics population to provide a standardized and scientific assessment methods and assessment methods for school gymnastics teaching.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The design of "Standard" can provide theoretical basis and reference for the development of gymnastics in the public.To a certain extent,it can increase the participation of gymnastics in China,promote the development of fitness for all,and build gymnastics reserve talents on the basis of popularization.Provide strong support.(2)Determining the structure evaluation system of the popular women’s gymnastics technology level:(1)The scope of the evaluation object is“Children-Youth-Youth-Middle-age-Old Age”,facing the whole.(2)The evaluation criteria are four levels and twelve levels,which are 12 levels of primary(1-3),intermediate(4-6),advanced(6-9)and elite(9-12)..Among them,grades 1-9 are the prescribed routines,and grades 10-12 are the self-selected routines.The evaluation criteria are composed of the respective evaluation indicators and evaluation criteria of each level.(3)The "Popular Women’s Gymnastics Technical Level Standards" respectively establish a single-level standard and an all-around level standard.The project selection of the omnipotent level standard is gradually refined with the improvement of the participants’ skills and grades,respectively,for the primary(1-3)project selection.For “4 choices 4”,the middle level(4-6)items are selected as “4 choices 3”,the advanced level(6-9)items are selected as “4 choices 2”,and the elite level(9-12)items are selected as “ 4 choose 1".(4)Collecting and screening the public women’s floor exercise indexes through the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,etc.,and initially established the technical level standard routine of the popular women’s floor exercise.(5)The implementation of "Popular Women’s Gymnastics Technical Level Standards"should start from the following aspects,obtain support from the government and the media,cooperate with schools and the society,actively establish pilots and organize competitions,and build a gymnastics industrial chain to promote the socialization of public gymnastics.And market development.
