The 40 years of reform and opening up have also witnessed the development of social work in China.the development of the enterprise social work related services are the important aspects of social work,EAP service is improving the quality of enterprise social work,strengthen the key social psychological services,and more conform to the requirements of the new era.This thesis is an EAP service practice in the field of enterprise social work.All these aspects affirm the positive role of Labour unions.This paper takes trade union as the main organizational form and the concept of "helping others and helping themselves" in social work.It focuses on guiding and helping employees to grow in terms of enterprise integration and career planning.Combining with the administrative department,the department of youth corps committee,through interviews,questionnaires and other young employees at A company working and living condition investigation,combined with the staff and enterprise actual demand,designed the EAP implementation plan,through the development of the series of activities,service to the enterprises of staff into and played a positive role,career planning later in the scheme were evaluated,and the reflection and summarized.This paper takes enterprise social work as the research field,conducts practical research on EAP research direction,explores the EAP service practice in regard to new employees integrating,and finally forms the practice report.
