Number concept is the core content of children's mathematics learning, number sense is the basis of learning number concept.Autism spectrum due to the cognitive developmental delays, children accept low ability and logical thinking ability is poor,so that the autism spectrum disorder children's mathematics learning ability is bad,so through the study and analysis of autism spectrum disorder children's number sense, and the characteristics of the concept, and thus targeted for autism spectrum disorder children rehabilitation and mathematics education to provide reasonable Suggestions. In this study,26 children with autism spectrum disorder,27 children with mental retardation and 32 children with ordinary children were selected and asked to complete the number sense and number concept test. The results were as follows:(1)through statistical analysis, the revised "children's number concept questionnaire" and "children's number sense questionnaire" have good reliability and validity, which are suitable for measuring children's number sense and number concept.(2)the characteristics of number concept of children with autism spectrum disorder are as follows:(1)it is significantly lower than the development level of ordinary children, but there is no significant difference with the development level of number concept of children with intellectual disabilities.(2)There was no significant difference in the scores of children of different ages.(3)in the development of each dimension, the development level of size comparison is the highest, and the development level of formal reasoning is the lowest. The development level of calculus is obviously higher than that of quality comparison. The development level of formal inference is consistent with intuitive inference. In addition, children with autism spectrum disorders show the optimal level of development at the age of 5,and the level of quality comparison development is still in the stage of gradual development. However,at the age of 6,the level of quality comparison development gradually increases, and the level of formal reasoning development is in the stage of gradual development.(3)children with autism spectrum disorder have the characteristics of number concept:(1)it is significantly lower than the development level of ordinary children, but there is no significant difference with children with mental retardation in the level of number concept development.(2)in terms of age,the development of quantitative concept is good, but the development of calculus concept is poor, there is age difference in the development of model concept, the level of development at 6 years old is better than 5 years old, there is no difference in other dimensions of age.(3)in each dimension, the development level of quantitative concept is the highest, but the development level of calculus concept is the lowest. There is no significant difference between size concept and quality concept, but it is higher than model concept, analogy concept and calculus concept. The development level of model concept is higher than that of analogy concept. The development level of analogy concept is higher than that of calculus concept. In addition, the size concept, quality concept, model concept and analogy concept development of children with autism spectrum disorders are significantly lower than that of ordinary children, and there is no significant difference between children with intellectual disabilities. The quantity concept development of children with mental retardation is superior to that of other dimensions.(4)there is a positive correlation between number sense and number concept development in children with autism spectrum disorder. The better the development of each dimension of number sense, the better the development of number sense; The better the development of each dimension of number concept, the better the development of number concept.
