Coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is a major natio nal strategy of China.Its core is relocating non-capital functions orderly and m aking major breakthroughs in such key areas as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transport integration,ecological environment protection and industrial upgrading and tran sfer.The realization of these goals requires strong human resources as a suppo rt,however,due to various reasons,the problems such as lack of high-end talen t in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and unreasonable talent structure in the three places are serious.Based on the existing problems of talents in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,this article makes an in-depth analysis of the influential factors of trans-region al flow of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei talents.In this paper,undergraduates and graduate students who graduated from B eijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will be taken as the research object.Some of them a re interviewed.At the same time,literature reviews will be used to analyze th e influencing factors on the mobility of talent.Combining with the research th eme,the main influencing factors of trans-regional mobility were summarized.The results of interviews and induction also the existing questionnaires were us ed to design the questionnaire.The questionnaires were used to collect the rele vant information about the influencing factors of trans-regional mobility.Subseq uently,descriptive statistics analysis was conducted on the collected data.And using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis method to tes t the reliability and validity of the collected data,based on this,the reliability and accuracy of the designed questionnaire were determined.Using the method of structural equation model,based on psycho-force theory,satisfaction theory and push-pull theory,a hypothetical structural equation model of trans-regional mobility is constructed.Combined with the data collected in the questionnaire,the overall hypothetical structural equation model and the mediation effect were tested.This study found that talented people as the subject of study,their subject ive psychological feelings for the city,that is urban satisfaction,plays an intermediary role in relationship of influencing factors of trans-regional mobility and the willingness of outflow the region.Urban living environment,urban life pre ssures,industry development,individual demand satisfaction act on the willingne ss to move through urban satisfaction.The adjustment of industrial structure,eas ing non-capital function of Beijing,establishing urban satisfaction monitoring sy stem can be used as an important entry point to improve the talent status quo of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
