As a core member of kindergarten teachers,childcare workers play an important role in children’s learning activities and care education.As a basic education,early childhood education is three-dimensional,not only in education,but also in care.For the carers,there is a detailed positioning in the kindergarten education guidelines(Trial):"carers are as important as teachers,and the words and deeds of carers will also have a certain impact on children.In order to guide children to grow up healthily,carers and teachers should help each other and guide children correctly in life."Therefore,we have reason to believe that ECC can influence children and play an important role in their development.Improving the quality of early childhood care workers is the top priority of the development of preschool education.With the development of society and the deepening of preschool education reform,the status of early childhood care workers is gradually rising.However,because many kindergartens in China don’t pay enough attention to childcare workers,the team of childcare workers is affected by work content,salary,social status and other factors,showing uneven status quo.Mainly reflected in the overall quality of nurses is not ideal,the training effect is not good,lack of training opportunities and other issues.Therefore,more training should be arranged to improve the professional ability of childcare workers,which will help to improve the professional ability of childcare workers and the construction of high-quality teachers in kindergartens.In this study,questionnaire survey and interview were used to investigate the composition and work status of the nursery staff in six public kindergartens in Gansu Province.Based on the analysis of the four dimensions of the professional ethics,psychological quality,nursing concept and daily work performance of the nursery staff,the current situation,existing problems and reasons of the nursery staff were obtained.According to these reasons And make your own suggestions.The purpose of this study is to make people have a more in-depth understanding of conservation workers,speed up the professionalization process of conservation workers,and promote the construction of preschool education in China.
