The key to running a good education lies in teachers.Physical education teachers are the backbone of promoting school physical education.The status of physical education teachers is an important issue in the construction of physical education discipline.Solving the problem of the status of physical education teachers is also an important measure to advocate respecting teachers and respecting education in the whole society,to attract outstanding talents to compete in physical education,and to let the majority of physical education workers have a sense of gain in their work and a sense of honor in society.The status of P.E.teachers is not an individual problem of teachers.It arises from the complex multiple contradictions and conflicts within the school field.With the help of field theory,this paper puts the status of primary school P.E.teachers in the limited boundaries of school field.By means of questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper presents the contradictions and conflicts in school field which restrict the development of primary school P.E.teachers,status,and analyses the status of secondary school teachers in school field.The present situation of capital allocation among teachers explores the capital disadvantage that leads to the low status of PE teachers in primary schools from a comparative perspective.This paper puts forward that we should take the implementation of school-related sports laws and document spirit as the foundation,resolve the contradictions and conflicts within the school field faced by primary school physical education teachers,create a good working environment for school physical education,and cultivate good habits of primary school physical education teachers so as to achieve the final status of primary school physical education teachers.The effective strategies to solve the problem are as follows:I.the multiple contradictions and conflicts within the school field restrict the development of PE teachers in primary schools.1,the focus of school sports is shifted,the physical education classroom has lost its central position,and primary school PE Teachers' professional teachers'identity is weakening.2,primary school physical education teachers have heavy workload,and about 70%of teachers have long overloaded workload.The contradiction between workload and quality of work is outstanding.3,primary school sports teachers pay and reward asymmetry,92.59%of the teachers' labor rights and interests have been damaged,the work value has been derogatory.4,primary school PE teachers and other disciplines teachers frequent conflicts of interest,62.96%of primary school physical education teachers in carrying out extracurricular sports training often conflict with culture teachers,sports disciplines in the competition in a weak position.5,primary school PE teachers have significant differences in terms of learning and training opportunities with teachers of language and mathematics,and their professional development is limited.6,the teaching habits of primary school PE teachers are greatly restricted by the internal contradictions and conflicts in the school field,and the problem of lax learning,such as weariness and learning weariness,is prominent.7,the lack of relational social capital of primary school PE teachers is the capital factor leading to their lower status.The relationship between primary school PE teachers and leaders is alienated,their relationship with colleagues is tense,and the intensity of their relationship with students is relatively low.The disadvantage of capital will lead to the unequal starting point of primary school PE teachers in the new round of competition.The above phenomena are rooted in:1.The lack of school sports legal system;2,the simplification of the purpose of school education 3,the contradictions and conflicts within the school field,and the contradiction between the formation of good habits of primary school PE teachers.4,the lack of social capital hinders the development of primary school PE teachers to a higher position.?.Solutions to the Status of Physical Education Teachers in Primary SchoolsIn view of the above situation and problems,the main strategies proposed in this paper are as follows:1.Implementing relevant laws and regulations,promoting school management according to law,focusing on improving the awareness of school administrators,sports laws and regulations;2.Perfecting the evaluation system of primary school physical education classroom teaching to maintain the central position of classroom teaching;3.Dissolving the restrictions on primary school physical education teachers;The prominent problems of development environment,workload,labor remuneration,learning promotion,etc.4.Emphasizing strong classroom characteristics to create a strong school sports culture;5.Strengthening exchanges and cooperation with other educators.
