Satisfaction Research Learning Course Aerobics Students In Independent Colleges In Fujian Independent

This paper has applies the research methods of references,questionnaire,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.It mainly discusses the teaching aspects of the aerobics course in the 9 independent colleges of Fujian province,for instance,the teaching arrangements,current teaching situations,study satisfactions of students and its causes as well as the demand and supply.It aims to have a comprehensive understanding of the course and the responses of students.More valuable advice will be offered to improve the teaching quality and enrich the contents of the course.The findings show that:1.Aerobics has become one of the red-hot courses in college.It is a rather popular activity to get fitness in the spare time.At present,it has been the optional course in the 9 independent colleges of Fujian province.However,the differences exist in the selection of teaching materials,the content and assessment methods.2.There are a total of 30 aerobics teachers in private colleges.Teachers differ in the academic performances and the genders.Most are young teachers with relatively low academic titles.The majorities are lecturers with lean research achievements.3.Aerobics is offered as an elective course in independent colleges which the length of teaching cannot satisfy the need's of students.The total number is ranging from 144 hours to less than 64 hours,which is not helpful to the development of students' ability.4.Students have the overall satisfaction with the teachers,but the ability to arrange and create the aerobics should be improved.5.Students' satisfactions to the aerobics learning are in the following order:aerobics teaching content is ranked first;The second is the teaching methods and means;then the hours of teaching ranked third and aerobics teaching facilities is the lowest.6.Students' requirements to the Aerobics:most of them expect the utilities of aerobics practice and theoretical teaching.7.The factors which influence the satisfactions' of the students are:the site equipment,teaching time,teachers' quality and student abilities and performance.According to the research findings,strategies will be provided in this paper after having a comprehensive and detailed analysis on the independent colleges in Fujian province aerobics.
