Population spatial distribution of grid data and population statistics based on administrative borders are more likely to reflect the true distribution of the population and are of great importance for population management,resource utilization,disaster assessment and interdisciplinary research.Spatialization of population data is an important research direction of spatial data of social attribute data,and it is also one of the hot issues in population research.The spatialization of population before the study,mainly based on land use types as the impact of population distribution factors modeling,modeling methods using face interpolation method,point interpolation and multiple regression method.With the development of remote sensing technology,DMSP/OLS non-,radiance calibrated nighttime light image used for spatialization of population;a single data source such as land use type as a population of spatial modeling factors,will cause the same land use type area the homogeneity of the population,the multi-source data as the spatial modeling model of the population is increasingly becoming an important direction of the current research.With the rapid development of computer technology,large data research has penetrated into all aspects of human life production,large data and population geography and the integration of population space research is also an important method of future development of the subject.POI data is of great significance to study the spatialization of population,result that rich in information,accurate in position,timely and closely related to human life.In the aspect of precision verification,random sampling verification and comparison with statistical data are the main methods of verifying the spatial data of population data.The comparative study between different data sets is also rare.Based on this,this paper took the population of Jiangsu Province in 2010 as the research object and used the data such as land use data,nighttime light data and POI data,combined with the data of China's sixth census in 2010 to adopt multi-source data fusion Factor weighted superposition method,to achieve the Jiangsu Province in 2010 250m × 250m population space.In terms of precision verification,considering the data availability,the study area coverage,the current 2010 population and population data sets are selected:AsiaPop;2010 China Population;Grid Distribution Data Set(ChinaPop and GPW).Based on the sixth census data,the data set with the best precision is selected and compared with the data set in this paper.And sixth census data was used to verified the accuracy of this model on the township scale test.Research indicates:(1)Based on the data of land use type,the multi-source data such as nighttime light data and POI data are combined to establish the population spatial distribution influence layer according to the population distribution influence factors.In the multi-source data,the corresponding influencing factors are selected according to the population distribution influence layer,Through the weighted stack model and the model operation,the populationization of Jiangsu Province in 2010 was realized.In the selection of modeling factors,the single data source was chosen as the modeling factor.The method of integrating multi-source data makes the population spatial distribution More in line with the true distribution of the population.(2)The results show that this paper can prove that the spatial distribution of population in Jiangsu Province is reasonable in 2010,and the spatial distribution of population in Jiangsu Province can be proved by the quantitative analysis of the simulated population.
