The Research On Cultivation Functions Of Network Visual Culture

With the advent of the electronic media era,the network visual culture has penetrated into all aspects of people's work and life.The ideological and political education of the network is facing the opportunities and challenges brought by the visual culture.We should take the initiative to occupy the new position of network ideological and political education,and actively build and develop a distinctive network of visual culture,and fully explore the positive role of network visual culture,to avoid the negative impact of network visual culture,to make network ideological and political education work good.The first part of this article combs the development process of network visual culture,the connotation and constitution,type and characteristics of network visual culture.In recent years,the development of network visual culture reflects the following trends:terminal equipment is changing from fixed to mobile,performance is changing from single to diverse,and transmission way is changing from one-way transmission to the two-way interaction.Network visual culture originated in the Internet age,it is the formation of the unique ideas and the behavior,the sum of the habit shown by the Internet users in the network environment through the video,pictures,animation and a series visual image acting on people's vision.From the perspective of cultivation,network visual culture can be divided into three types,these are recreational network visual culture,educational network visual culture,cognitive network visual culture.And the features of network visual culture are visibility,technical,artistic,entertaining,circle,open and so on.The second part of this paper expounds the five educational functions of the network visual culture:the value-oriented function,including carrying forward the mainstream value and leading the diverse values,the behavioral normative function,including the behavior guidance and the behavior constraint function,the emotion cultivation function,including emotional experience function,temperament function and emotional sublimation function,the aesthetic cultivation function,including awakening aesthetic consciousness and enhance aesthetic ability,the creative expansion function,including inspiring curiosity and curiosity,improve the observation and imagination,cultivate jumping and divergence.However,the education functions of network visual culture is potential,if we want to fully realize the education functions of network visual culture,we need do joint efforts from all aspects.The third part of this article puts forward the effective realization of the education functions of network visual culture from five aspects.First,strengthen the network vision culture education team building,establish specialized network culture team,integrate diversified network of cultural power.The second is to create excellent network visual culture works,to create cultural products which propagated the core values,enhance the performance of cultural products.The third is to optimize dissemination channels of the network visual culture,expand the communication positions of mainstream media,regulate the we media channels.The fourth is to improve the education methods of the network visual culture,pay attention to the way of penetration education,deepen the interactive education methods.The fifth is to improve selection ability of the network visual culture educational object,improve the ability to identify,judge and control,and strengthen the filtering capacity of bad culture.
