It is important for students who are taking sports training for The Entrance Exam,especially those from common high schools,to do research on how to efficiently develop explosive strength.Judging from sports programs and training fitted for the Gaokao,better explosive strength have direct effects on students' final grade.Based on the training reality of sports students who are going to take the Gaokao in Zhumadian,there are huge differences in training time in different schools and the third grade students from most of these schools were only given half a year for training and,only few of these schools give students one to two years to get training.However,explosive strength can not be improved within a very short time period which indeed will cause an unreasonable phenomenon,that is multiple tasks with short training time.Therefore,the research on how to efficiently improve students' explosive strength in a scientific and systematical manner has become the focus of sports training for those college candicates.This paper mainly uses the literature material method,experimental method,measurement method,mathematical statistics,etc.,study the correlation of the selected research.On the basis of former researchers' researches,the paper try to define the definition of the combined training method of PC and its origin and development,and will make explanation on training characteristics and effects of Plyometric training Core strength training.The conclusion drawn from the research are as follows:(1)As to four indicators including standing long jump of 30 metres,high touch and vertical jump,the results showed that the training effect by using the combined PC training method in the experimental group is superior to the compared group.Improvement in 30 meters mainly depends on the increase in explosive strength;And improvement of standing long jump,high touch and vertical jump performance mainly lies in explosive strength of the lower limbs before one jump,the overall stability of the body,and enhancement in coordinating strength and the control of the body posture,only in this way can a whole training system be more sound and the consistency of specialized skills.(2)It can strengthen both strength and stability of core part for exercise by adopting different types of PC combined training.Besides,training aiming at rapid expansion of lower limbs can furthur enbance the velosity of lower linbs and the strength and stability of ankle and knee zohich enables to increase explosive power of lower limbs. |
