Research On The Development Dynamics Of Shandong Nanshan International Golf Club

In 2017,the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that the major social contradictions in our country has been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing demands for better life and the unbalanced development.The pursuit of health has become the consensus of all the people.With the Healthy China as a national strategy,the big health industry develops rapidly.Sports industry is a real health industry,and the State Council releases a series of policies to support and promote it.The development of sports industry is inevitable to improve the Chinese nation's health.All kinds of sports clubs in various levels and types have been established in China,which is beneficial to meet the diverse needs of the people.So all kinds of sports clubs at all levels have been established in various parts of China.In recent years,the sports industry in China has developed rapidly,but the overall scale is still small and the vitality is not strong enough.There are still some institutional problems.A series of documents have been introduced to strengthen the research and theoretical research on sports clubs,find out and solve the new problems in their development,summarize experience in time and guide sports clubs to develop healthfully.Therefore,we take Nanshan International Golf Club in Shandong Province as an example,analyze the dynamics of it through the method of field investigation,put forward the countermeasures in light of the existing problems based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory and Ecosystem Theory.This study aims to provide a theoretical reference for promoting the healthy development of the club.The conclusions are as follows:1.The development of Nanshan International Golf Club in Shandong Province is the result of the combination of external power and internal power.One of the external power comes from the natural environment and social environment which includes national policies,economic conditions,social culture and technology.2.Another external power for the rapid development of Nanshan International Golf Club is from internal environment which refers to competitive sports,social sports and school sports.A number of outstanding Chinese golf players who has achieved great success in the world competition have a strong influence in society.In terms of social sports,Nanshan International Golf Club has hosted various domestic and international events at various levels and played an active role in promoting the common people to participate in the golf game.However,the club membership consumption system and the expensive consumption level are still involved in people's participation in golf.In terms of school sports,Nanshan International Golf Club has initiated a nationwide separate admission examination for golf players so that excellent golters can enter colleges and universities.Nanshan Group has established a golf school and Nanshan College.The club's self hemopoietic function has been improved.3.the source of power is to promote the rapid development of Nanshan Golf Club's main driving force,consumer satisfaction can reflect the club's own problems.Consumer motivation is consistent with Maslow's needs theory.Consumers are satisfied with the club's venue facilities,fees and catering,staff service attitudes and consumer convenience.Satisfaction with caddy services is relatively low.The main issues are the level of caddy's expertise,ability to answer consumer questions,and different levels of caddies to meet the different needs of consumers4.The internal driving force for the rapid development of Nanshan International Golf Club is the consumers' increasing demand of sports.Whether the consumers'diversified demand can be satisfied is reflected in the satisfaction,which reflects the problems existing in the club itself.5.Caddy's satisfaction with club operations reflects the management of the club from the side.The basic situation of club caddies is that they are younger in age;they have a larger gender difference and they tend to be more female;they have lower academic qualifications and poorer technical skills.The lower level of caddy's satisfaction with the club is mainly focused on caddy technical course training,salary and benefits,reward and punishment system,promotion and leadership incentives.
