Transferring rural labor force has continued for many years,the rural labor force transfer on the economic rise of China has played an important role as well as the elderly,left-behind women and children and a series of negative effects,both on the adjustment of industrial structure and industrial transfer under double factors,there has been a return of labor.Han June(2008),according to a national survey of hundred County farmers in their hometowns return reach out 23% of the population in rural areas,Zheng Qianyu(2010)think back there is an upward trend.Therefore reveal the labor inherent in returning to employment law and employment will affect labor back and will contribute to the Government decision,leading labor employment,reducing friction and employment.Based on relevant literature and theory,construct the research framework and the influencing factors of system framework,from individual and human capital,family,social embeddedness,social capital,economy,seven aspects of the policy and social environment influence analysis of migrant workers choose for migrant workers,using questionnaire data,firstly,using descriptive the statistical methods of migrant workers and the influencing factors present situation analysis;secondly,the $two logistic model of migrant workers return intention analysis;finally,according to the research conclusion,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for migrant workers returning home.It is found that when the cultivated land deposit When has the skills of migrant workers more employment will return more strongly;hometown expected income,social environment,employment policy is an important driving effect of migrant workers return intention,often contact number,work environment and social work experience is the main driving force.Labor force outflow analysis,individual characteristics,family factors,economic factors,social capital through the empirical study,has a significant impact of policy and environmental factors on the return of migrant workers employment intention.Through multivariate logistic regression,Individual characteristics,family characteristics,social environment,variables such as employment-related policies will affect the return of labor occupational choice.So,to attract and guide migrants back to the employment needs of the Government to improve the local social environment;the Government should develop more targeted policies such as encouraging land,providing conditions of employment,the strengthening agricultural technology extension and to support entrepreneurship,while promoting migrant workers ' information monitoring system,to understand the dynamics of migrant workers.
