Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of The “social Workers +Volunteers” Linkage In The Perspective Of Synergy Theory

With the development of society,the role of social workers and volunteers in social governance is becoming more and more obvious,the Government departments began to attach importance to ?social workers + volunteers? linkage,Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong and other places have to promote the development of social workers and volunteers working file.Since 2013,Guangdong province began to explore the "social workers + volunteers" linkage,open up a new model of service.However,in the process of practice,social workers and volunteers linkage is still facing many difficulties and problems,how to make the ?social workers and volunteers? linkage service operates more smoothly,the effective integration of the strength of the two sides,is a topic worthy of discussion.According to the status of workers and volunteers linkage in Guangzhou C ity,the basic theory of Synergy and social workers and volunteers linkage service related documents in the system review,this study uses the method of case study for the following analysis:The first is the application of synergetics theory to the research of social workers and volunteers.Through the analysis of synergy theory research object and core point of view,and on the basis of the combination of social workers and volunteers linkage service reality analysis,completed the system,self organization,the order parameter is based on the social workers and volunteers linkage of synergetics interpretation;The second is the case study of Guangzhou G project.Based on the theoretical research,interview and observe the combination of social workers and volunteers in Guangzhou to investigate the social workers and volunteers to describe the reality of the situation,miningsocial workers and volunteers in the process of linkage problems,and on this basis the cause of the problem was analyzed;Thirdly,it puts forward the concrete countermeasures to improve the linkage between social workers and volunteers from four aspects: order parameter,self organization,society and policy.We should actively play the role of social workers and volunteers as the dominant role in the order,from different levels to optimize the social workers and volunteer linkage strategies to promote the system is fluctuating,to promote social workers and volunteers from the competition into cooperation,and then produce synergies.On the basis of the research conclusion,further discussion and thinking are put forward,in order to achieve the normal development of the linkage services,we must first ensure the legitimacy of the linkage services and the investment of service funds.It is believed that in order to realize the normal development of the linkage service mechanism,we must first ensure the legitimacy of the linkage service and the investment of the service fund.In addition,?social workers + volunteers? linkage is in the exploratory stage,the region should be combined with the actual operation.
