With the development of information technology,“Internet + education” has become a new trend in the development of informationized education.Especially,online education has attracted more and more attention and favor from researchers and educators.With the wide application of online education,great changes have taken place in the teaching methods of teachers,the learning methods of students,the teaching environment and the organization of teaching contents.A series of problems have emerged behind these advantages,so improving the quality of online learning has become the core appeal of online education.Research on learning engagement provides new ideas for improving the quality of online learning.A large number of literature studies have shown that there are many studies on learning engagement in traditional classrooms.However,due to the complexity of online learning environment,the variability of learners' learning styles and the multidimensional nature of online interaction,there are a few studies on online learning engagement and it is difficult to study.Therefore,based on the existing research,this study enhances the learners' learning online investment.In order to promote learners' positive and continue to participate in online learning,through exploring the influence factors of online learning,and put forward the corresponding investment promotion strategy of online learning,at the same time,improve the effect of online learning,and eventually regard these conclusions as theory and practice basis for learners' better learning and teachers' better design of online courses.The main contents of this study include:(1)Through consulting and analyzing relevant literatures at home and abroad,this study clarifies the relevant concepts and theoretical framework of online learning engagement,and systematically sorts out and reviews relevant researches on the composition dimension and measurement scale of online learning engagement;(2)Based on the previous literature research,a questionnaire and an interview outline are designed to investigate the influencing factors of online learning engagement.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data and learner interview results,the influencing factors of online learning engagement are further summarized;(3)Based on self-determination theory,ICAP learning engagement model,learning engagement theory and other relevant theories,and based on the influence factors of the four dimensions of online learning engagement,the corresponding strategies for improving online learning engagement are designed;(4)Based on the Moodle online course “research methods of educational technology”,the strategy of improving online learning input was implemented.After three rounds of research iteration based on design,the strategy of improving online learning input was improved;(5)At the end of the three rounds of teaching practice,respectively,to collect the invest scale online learning and online learning courses platform of data,using statistical analysis method and social network analysis software UCINET,for learners' online behavior,cognitive,emotional input,social input situation analysis,summarizes the teaching practice,and further revised strategy scheme is put forward.The research conclusions of this study include:(1)The influence factors of online learning is divided into four dimensions,including students,teachers,curriculum resources,the management and evaluation of curriculum factors.(2)The strategies for improving learners' engagement in online learning are also divided into four dimensions,with a total of 12 strategies.Build online learning incentive mechanism to stimulate learners' interest in online learning;Use social software to increase interaction and create good learning atmosphere;Provide timely online learning guidance to facilitate learning reflection and knowledge transfer;Improve personalized learning support services to improve the adaptability of online learning;Timely teaching reflection to ensure the continuousty of online courses;Develop a scientific curriculum system to help learners construct knowledge;Optimize online learning resources to improve their vitality and applicability;Timely update online learning resources based on the latest research hotspots;Imply the dynamic management of course operation and strengthen the supervision of online learning process;Establish a curriculum evaluation system to promote the diversification of evaluation forms;Increase online learning problem feedback and promote learners' deep learning.(3)The data analysis of online learning engagement scale and online course platform shows that the implementation of online learning engagement promotion strategy to some extent improves learners' comprehensive online learning engagement,and has a positive impact on learners' behavioral engagement,cognitive engagement,emotional engagement and social engagement.(4)Based on the shortcomings and limitations of this study,the research samples can be expanded in the future to further improve and verify the effectiveness and extensibility of online learning investment promotion strategies.
