With the state's continuous investment in higher education,large-scale instrument has played a significantly important role in the cultivation of high-level applied talents and scientific research and it is also scare resources in the whole society due to its high price,widely required in society to some extent.Therefore,it is a major task for colleges'administrators to carry out effective construction planning,quality management and usage of large-scale instrument.The science and engineering projects in M purchase much expensive large-scale instrument by costing about 75%of the funding for scientific research at present,Many problems are found after investigating the users of large instrument in the whole school.For example,the quality management mechanism is not perfect,an effective quality management process is lacked,there is no effective evaluation incentive system,consciousness of total quality management is lacked,it is unavailable to carry out the whole real-time quality management.Therefore,it becomes the top priority to carry out quality management of the large-scale instrument in M.This dissertation carries out total quality management(TQM)of the large-scale instrument in M.Firstly,we establish QC team to make quality assurance and quality targets planning of the large-scale instruments,,set quality control(QC)for the large-scale instrument platform,and apply the quality control statistical method to solve problems.We use security monitoring and testing on quality control and conduct quality and benefit analysis.Secondly,the information system platform is combined to do dynamic real-time management.We put forward standard process and individualized services for the quality management of large-scale instruments,make quality cost and benefit analysis,and build quality system for proper interaction and full sharing of the resources so as to take full advantage of the large-scale instruments.At last,we take the requirements of quality management for large-scale instrument as the main body and conduct the whole monitoring management of the laboratory safety.Quality management system was completed in University M through TQM overall quality management.Utilization ratio of large-scale instruments has increased greatly,with safety assurance control in the whole process of quality use.The problems about malfunctions and data processing has been solved timely and effectively.Therefore,users' satisfaction has improved continuously.This thesis applies life-cycle management on the regulation process of the large-scale instruments in M by combining with the concept of total quality management and displays the information to users to improve the level of modern quality management of the large-scale instruments in M.The research conducted in this paper provides references for the quality management of large-scale instruments in various colleges,in enterprises and in public institutions to some extent.
