“The new art curriculum standard” advocates that students should take an active part in the learning field of "Design and Application" in art courses,be willing to explore and be diligent in doing things.Through this study,it explores how to cultivate students' design consciousness and ability in the teaching of art packaging design course in middle school,so as to cultivate students' ability to practice,acquire new knowledge and experience,analyze and solve problems,and improve the quality of art classroom teaching and children's ability to learn independently.By analyzing the importance of design consciousness cultivation,this paper aims to cultivate students' design consciousness through the teaching of packaging design course.The main content of this paper can be summarized as follows:Chapter 1 introduction.Firstly,the research background,purpose and significance of this paper are elaborated.Then analyze the related literature,and grasp the design consciousness cultivation is the trend of The Times.Chapter 2: the theory and significance of design consciousness.Through the interpretation and elaboration of the concepts of design and design consciousness,the necessity and importance of the cultivation of design consciousness are grasped.Chapter 3: feasibility analysis of packaging design course.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of packaging design,the feasibility of packaging design course in junior middle school is demonstrated through the study of the learning situation in junior middle school and the exploration of the design course.Chapter 4: the strategy of cultivating design consciousness in packaging design teaching in middle school.The teaching method and teaching reflection of how to use packaging design to cultivate design consciousness are analyzed and illustrated with the teaching cases of "Chinese and foreign excellent packaging appreciation","packaging structure analysis exercise" and "hands-on design of packaging in life".In this paper,using literature research approaches such as synthesis,comparative analysis method,investigation method,to the cultivation of students' ability in design consciousness strategy method is analyzed to explore,sums up some effective teaching methods and implementation strategies,hoping to design consciousness cultivation of teaching in middle school fine arts education play a help.
