Research On The Educational Mechanism Of College Students' Identification With Socialist Core Values

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to cultivate and practice the core values of socialism,the domestic academic circles have launched research on the core values of socialism.In theoretical research,it mainly refines,scientifically interprets and cultivates values from the core values of socialism.And the meaning,as well as the relationship with China's excellent traditional culture and contemporary social thoughts;in practice,the focus is on college students,college young teachers,party members,public figures,etc.,new media communication technology,cultural carriers and graphic audio and video.The cultivation of means has developed a rich research result,and the research on socialist core values identification has matured.The "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Educational System and Mechanism" in 2017 pointed out that it is necessary to improve the systematic implementation mechanism of strengthen moral education and cultivation and emphasize the need to build an integrated moral education system led by socialist core values.College students are the builders and successors of the future of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The study of the socialist core values and the educational mechanism of college students has become inevitable.Undergraduate socialist core values and identity education mechanism is the way in which college students begin to rationally recognize the socialist core values under the organic role of the interconnected educational elements,and finally consciously practice through emotional identification.To study the socialist core values and identity education mechanism of college students,it is necessary to clarify the connotation and characteristics of educational mechanism and value identification,and to follow the socialist core values identification law,the cognitive development of college students and the changing rules of demand,and the formation and operation of educational mechanisms.This paper recognizes the formation system of college students' socialist core values identification education mechanism from the aspects of mechanism composition,operation,evaluation and optimization.First,the composition of the socialist core values and the educational mechanism of college students includes the educational objects,educational content,educational mediation and educational environment.The types include family education,school education and social education.On this basis,the top of the country The interaction between design and recognition of educational practice is based on the design,construction,integration,operation,feedback and improvement of the educational mechanism,and forms the educational mechanism for the socialist core values of college students.Secondly,the college ideological and political theory teachers,full-time counselors and college students interviewed on the socialist core values,and analyzed the information obtained from the colleges and universities,and summarized the current situation of the socialist core values of the college students.When assessing the educational mechanism of college students' socialist core values,draw on the relevant knowledge of pedagogy,psychology and management,find the evaluation indicators,and condense the reasonable evaluation criteria,that is,the degree of "cognitive agreement" among college students on the core values of socialism.The degree of synergy with the “three in one” of family,school and social education,and then the evaluation,the results of the assessment,and the existing deficiencies,from the differences between individual college students,the diversity of college students' needs and the single form of ideological and political education Cause Analysis.Thirdly,according to the evaluation results and the reasons analysis,from the three stages of socialist core values identification,we will “check and fill the gaps”,and consider the family,university and social education from the stages of cognitive identification,emotional identification and behavior identification.The improvement measures of linkage will be supplemented by quantity first,then scientific,systematic and stability should be upgraded qualitatively,and the socialist core values identification education mechanism of college students should be optimized,thus deepening the recognition of college students' socialist core values.
