With the development of consumer finance,more and more attention has been paid to the talents of consumer finance and their market development by governments at all levels.Under the strategy of talent power and talent management by the Party,a series of stimulating and stimulating policies issued by local governments at all levels in coordination with the market have promoted the vigorous development of the talent market of consumer finance.However,there are still many problems in the construction of the talent team of consumer finance.It is urgent for the government to take active measures to promote the construction of the talent team of consumer finance.Establish and promote the sustainable development of the talent team of consumer finance.On the basis of reviewing and combing the relevant basic concepts,domestic and foreign related research and basic theory,this paper combines theoretical analysis with statistical descriptive analysis.Firstly,it makes a descriptive analysis of the current situation of the talent team of consumer finance and consumer finance in China.Secondly,with the help of relevant statistical data,it makes a deep analysis of the problems existing in the talent team of consumer finance in China.Finally,based on the perspective of government management,and drawing on the experience of advanced regions in the construction of consumer finance talents,the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of consumer finance talents in China are discussed.This study draws the following basic conclusions:Firstly,China's consumer financial market is developing rapidly and has huge space for market development;the penetration rate of consumer financial market is low;and the business model of multi-party cooperation of consumer finance is maturing day by day.Secondly,the scale of employees in the consumer finance industry is increasing year by year;there are obvious differences in the regional distribution of talents in the consumer finance industry;the salary cost of talents in the consumer finance industry remains high;young people are the main talents in the consumer finance industry;the demand for highly educated and international talents is strong;the investment in cultivating talents in the consumer finance industry is increasing continuously;and the platform for talent introduction and exchange is constantly improving.Thirdly,the scale of the talent team in consumer finance is small and the structural contradictions are prominent;the comprehensive quality of the talent team needs to be improved;the development environment of the talent market in consumer finance needs to be optimized;and the construction of the talent market in consumer finance lacks a unified organizational guarantee.Fourthly,we should strengthen the introduction of high-level consumer finance talents;innovate the training methods of consumer finance talents by governments at all levels;activate the institutional mechanism for the development of consumer finance talents;and strengthen the organizational guarantee for the construction of consumer finance talents.
