Entering the second decade of the 21st century,China has become the world's second largest economy due to its rapid economic development.As a result,people's economic power has been improved significantly.In this context,the study abroad industry,especially the self-funded study abroad industry,has developed rapidly.Among them,study abroad intermediary business has also been rapid development.But at the same time,with the advent of the information age and the rapid development of the Internet,the ways and channels of obtaining information have become more diversified.Customers and families of overseas students have changed their demands for studying abroad agencies from a single one,which is to successfully study abroad,to the pursuit of better results and different personalized services.Some companies have same business model,as the country open agents' qualification,emerged a large number of new oversea study consulting company,is different from the original study abroad intermediary business service process,pay more attention to service quality and experience,in such cases,the service strategy of promotion as well as its own core competitive ability of mining is particularly important.This paper first describes the current situation and service process of overseas study company in China,describes and analyzes the service characteristics of overseas study industry,and introduces the basic situation and service process of R oversea study company.Combining the theory of customer satisfaction,service quality gap model,7p marketing theory of R company' s service strategy are analyzed,and puts forward the corresponding service promotion strategy,and at the same time in the service promotion strategy implementation of the security system is described,in order to improve service quality to make some contribution to this industry and put forward some reference and enlightenment.
