A Practical Study On The Children In Difficult Situtations With Difficulties In Interpersonal Communication

Children are an important resource for the sustainable development of the country.The growth of childhood is an important stage in the development of life.Therefore,it is the responsibility of the state,society and professional workers to provide the necessary conditions and opportunities for the survival,protection and development of children,especially the plight of children.Currently,some of the groups of disadvantaged children,such as poor children,disabled children,floating children,and the like,have received widespread attention,but there are also a number of children who are in special circumstances,including the children of drug abuse families involved in this research.According to statistics,China's total drug users continues to grow,because of the drugs cause sexual crime against property case happens,hurt others,,attack the police,poison,suicide self-harm extreme accident phenomenon also happen from time to tome,and drug group in the expansion of the family life cycle stage mostly,their drug use and its related behavior will no doubt be bad influence on their minor children.Underage children who are drug addicts are the most immediate victims of drug abuse,and their growth and development face significant challenges,especially on how to develop their good interpersonal skills and to their smooth socialization and healthy development.Therefore,this research is intended to analyze the problems and causes that may exist in the interpersonal interactions of children with drug abuse,such as those that are likely to exist in the interpersonal interactions of children with drug abuse,to understand the needs of the service objects,and to apply the case working methods on this basis.In this study the researchers in practice application for jiangning district civil administration project "little orange lamp" dilemma in child care plan a drug family difficulties children as the research object,using the adolescent mental health questionnaire,interpersonal quality weight table of the parent-child relationship were measured.The results show that there are some interpersonal barriers in this case.After seeking the wishes of children and their parents,this study took this case as the service object of this study and carried out further observation and analysis.The study found that the service object highlight interpersonal cognitive bias,low interpersonal emotional control,interpersonal behavior performance single aspects of interpersonal communication obstacles,and these problems are the lower evaluation by the service object,loss of family integrity,the virulence of the school teachers and students and the community function defect caused by various reasons.For these reasons,this study adopt humanistic treatment pattern for drug family trouble child interpersonal obstacles for social work intervention.In interpersonal need 3 d under the guidance of the theory and the theory of cognitive behavior,the researchers follow the intervention of social work steps and procedures,the basic of social work practice skills combined with a client-centered mode method,through the case talks,family,etc.A total of 10 times the relatively formal talks or treatment on the drug carried on concrete step in children in the family.The practice aims to guide the service object to establish correct interpersonal cognition,and learn to regulate interpersonal emotion,so as to make the correct and reasonable interpersonal communication behavior.Finally,the results of the evaluation and the social workers' own evaluation show that the interpersonal communication barriers of the service objects are obviously improved,and the case intervention has obtained certain effects.At the same time,it also verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of humanistic therapy to solve the interpersonal communication disorder of children with drug abuse.This study to solve the problem of drug family trouble child interpersonal barriers for exploratory research,put forward and demonstrates how to improve drug family trouble child interpersonal barriers involved in thought,method and contents of professional social work service.Due to the particularity of the case,the follow-up study needs to carry out more extensive empirical research and expand the cooperation and resource integration of multi-level,with a view to better improvement.
