With the economic globalization and the development of the knowledge economy,the mode of knowledge production has changed.In this context,knowledge production mode 2 brings opportunities and challenges to colleges and universities,and urges colleges and universities to change their research and talent training models,which puts forward new requirements for the research ability and training of full-time education masters.At present,there are differences in understanding the connotation of the scientific research ability of full-time education masters,and there are problems in scientific research ability training strategies that are inconsistent with knowledge production mode 2 and scientific research ability training needs,which is not conducive to the cultivation of full-time education master's research ability.This study believes that combining the knowledge production mode 2 to clarify the connotation of the scientific research ability of full-time education masters and to propose a scientific research ability training strategy that meets the needs of cultivation has theoretical and practical significance for the cultivation of full-time education masters.This research is based on the knowledge production mode 2.Firstly,using the literature research method and combining knowledge production mode on the basis of existing research,it is pointed out that the full-time education master's research ability refers to applied research ability,and it is clear that applied research ability consists of practical ability,learning ability and innovative ability,among which practical ability It refers to the ability to use knowledge and problem-solving ability;the learning ability refers to the interdisciplinary knowledge reserve structure and interdisciplinary thinking;the innovation ability refers to process innovation and practical innovation.Secondly,using the interview method,some full-time education masters and full-time education masters teachers and managers of Z University were selected as interview subjects.Based on the connotation of the full-time education master's research ability under the guidance of the knowledge production mode 2,the interview outline for the full-time education master's research is compiled to investigate the current status of the full-time education master's research ability.From the aspects of training philosophy,training mode,organization mode,and teaching staff,the compilation of interview outlines for full-time education master teachers and managers was conducted to investigate the problems existing in the training of full-time education masters.Thirdly,the interview results are sorted out and analyzed,and the current situation of the research ability of full-time education masters and the problems existing in the training of full-time education masters are obtained.The overall scientific research ability of the master of full-time education is inadequate,which is mainly manifested in the following: the knowledge application ability in practical ability is different in different disciplines and the problem solving ability is generally insufficient;the knowledge reserve structure in the learning ability is low in interdisciplinarity and the discipline thinking shows a Disciplinary tendency;the innovation process is generally insufficient in innovation ability and there are differences in innovation practice.Combining the current situation and analyzing all the interviews,the main problems existing in the cultivation of the full-time education master's research ability are: the number of teachers,the shortage of professional teachers,and the absence of external tutors;The content of the practical curriculum lacks guarantees;inadequate internal and external supervision and single internal and external cooperation in terms of internal and external cooperation.Finally,combining the characteristics of knowledge production mode 2 and the characteristics of knowledge production mode 2 and the problems existing in the cultivation of full-time education master's research capacity under the guidance of knowledge production mode 2,the principles and strategies for the cultivation of full-time education master's research capacity are put forward.The training of full-time education master's research ability should follow the principle of mutual promotion of scientific research and practice,the principle of multiple and collaborative training,and the principle of both professionalism and interdisciplinary-ism.Optimize the teacher structure on teachers.Introduce professional teachers from the disciplines,and cooperate with internal and external teachers to play the role of external tutors;strengthen curriculum review on the curriculum;implement professional curriculum content;develop implementation plans to clarify practical curriculum content;develop management specifications on internal and external cooperation to strengthen cooperation supervision,Enhance the degree of collaboration and enrich the forms of cooperation.
