Research On Internal Control Of Research Funding In CZ University

As science and technology has become more and more important in international competition,the amount of government investment in scientific research has also increased year by year.As the steady pillar of developing science and technology,colleges and universities have received more research funding.However,because of the relatively lagging management level of research funding in colleges and universities,many problems have been exposed,such as issues of violation and low efficiency of scientific research,being caused by unreasonable daily management.The problems mentioned above have aroused widespread concern of public,which let managers of colleges and universities begin to think how to use internal control systems to manage research funding.At present,the research on funding internal control of colleges and universities is still in its infancy in China,which needs further exploration and improvement.This paper takes CZ University as the research object and takes the internal control theory as the research foundation.It mainly uses methods of literature research,case analysis and inductive analysis to study the internal control of research funding in CZ University,aiming to point out the existing problems of internal control of research funding in CZ University and find better solutions.Firstly,it introduces the background of the internal control of research funding in colleges and universities and the theoretical and practical significance of the research,describes the trend of research funding and internal control at home and abroad,introduces the main research methods adopted and the innovation of this paper.Secondly,it introduces mainly theories used in this paper: the concept and source of scientific research funds in universities,theories of internal control,the particularity,objectives and elements of internal control of administrative institutions.Thirdly,it takes CZ University as the case object,and mainly introduces the general situation of this university and the internal control of research funding from the unit level,business level and supervision.Then,it analyzes problems of the internal control of research funding in CZ University from the unit level,business level and supervision.Besides,it proposes measures to improve the internal control of research funding,based on the actual situation of CZ University.Finally,it summarizes the whole thesis,points out the shortcomings of this paper and looks forward to the future research direction.
