Research purpose:Early childhood is the key period of movement development,and also the key period of social development.It is particularly important to grasp the movement and social development of early childhood.In this study,for 5-6-year-old children,light instrument gymnastics exercise was selected as an intervention means to explore the influence of 12 week light instrument Gymnastics Exercise on children's social development,so as to provide a theoretical basis for promoting children's social development.Research methods:This article comprehensively uses the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method.After obtaining the consent of the head of the kindergarten,teachers and parents,we selected two parallel classes of 5-6 years old children from the Jinshui District Animal Husbandry Kindergarten of Zhengzhou City as the experimental subjects.Before the experiment,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the social development of the children.On the premise of confirming that there was no difference in the social development of the children in the experimental group and the control group,25 people were selected from each class.The experimental group performed 12 weeks of light equipment gymnastics exercises.There are 2 lessons per week,about 15-25 minutes each time,the control group conducts regular physical education classes.After the experiment,Chen Huichang's "Children's Social Behavior Questionnaire" was distributed to the parents of infants again.The parents' assessment of the 15 dimensions of social development was based on the performance of the infants.Paired sample T test to explore the changes in various dimensions of children's social development before and after the experiment.Results:Before and after the experiment,the scores of compliance with social rules,will,peer relationship and independence of children in the experimental group increased significantly(P<0.01);the scores of social cognition,self-concept and social development increased significantly(P<0.05).In the control group,children's compliance with social rules,peer relationship dimension and total score of social development were improved before and after the experiment,with differences(P<0.05).After the experiment,the scores of children in the experimental group and the control group increased significantly(P<0.01),and the total scores of social cognition,will,self-concept,independence and social development increased.There was difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Only limited to this experiment,the light apparatus gymnastics exercise has a positive effect on improving children's social development by following social rules,social awareness,will,self-concept,peer relationship and independence.The regular physical education course plays a positive role in improving the children's social development by following the social rules and the dimension of peer relationship,but the effect of light instrument gymnastics is better.Compared with the routine physical education course,the effect of light equipment gymnastics is better to promote children's social development,especially to abide by social rules,social cognition,will,self-concept,peer relationship,independence dimension.
