Research On The Path Of Cultivating New Type Of Professional Farmers In Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Higher vocational colleges have always been the backbone of farmer training.This study takes the vocational colleges in the context of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy as a starting point to cultivate new professional farmers,and takes the current vocational colleges that develop new professional farmers as research main body.This article comprehensively uses the research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,etc.,supported by human capital investment theory,social class theory,energy enhancement theory and system theory.In the actual survey,the survey was mainly conducted by issuing online electronic questionnaires to trainees of new vocational farmers in higher vocational colleges,and interviews were conducted with teachers and leaders of new vocational farmers in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of analyzing the data obtained by the investigation,understand the basic situation of the current vocational college cultivation work,and discover and elaborate the advantages and significance of the vocational college cultivation of new professional farmers.At the same time,it also elaborated on the problems existing in the cultivation of higher vocational colleges.The current problems of the cultivation of new professional farmers in higher vocational colleges are mainly concentrated in the following aspects: outstanding structural contradictions in the cultivation of new professional farmers,weak self-development awareness in vocational colleges,unreasonable cultivation methods,single cultivation content and training teachers The structure needs to be optimized.Through sorting out and analyzing the problems,it is found that the reasons leading to the plight of the cultivation of new professional farmers in vocational colleges are mainly concentrated in four aspects: traditional values lead to the cultivation of dilemmas,the imprisonment of the urban-rural dual system,and the cultivation of new professional farmers in vocational colleges The backwardness of ideas and methods and the inadequacy of the new professional farmer cultivation and guaranteemechanism.Based on the above-mentioned problems and the causes of the problems,this article explores the path of cultivating new professional farmers in higher vocational colleges under the background of rural revitalization strategy from the perspectives of internal working mechanism innovation and external support environment optimization.From the perspective of the innovation of the internal working mechanism of higher vocational colleges,specifically: change the concept and establish a correct new professional farmer cultivation concept;strengthen the subject value,enhance the endogenous motivation of the self-development of higher vocational colleges;innovate new professional farmer cultivation methods To promote diversified cultivation methods;scientifically set up cultivation contents,optimize the structure and curriculum system of agricultural-related professional groups;innovate talent introduction and incentive mechanisms,and strengthen the construction of a new professional farmer cultivation teacher team.From the point of view of external support environment optimization,there are: creating a good atmosphere of public opinion and establishing an equal concept of professional farmers;improving the new professional farmer cultivation guarantee mechanism;organizing new professional farmer cultivation projects;empowering as the core,encouraging farmers to widely participate.
