| Today,with the increasing awareness of national fitness,basketball,which integrates fitness,appreciation and interest,has become one of the most popular sports in China.However,in the international arena,the gap between China's basketball and the strong teams in Europe and the United States is still large,which is reflected in the physical quality of players and basic basketball skills.In order to transform our country from a "big basketball country" to a "strong basketball country",China Basketball Association launched a small basketball development plan in November 2017,which aims to reduce the difficulty of basketball for young children,let more children participate in basketball from childhood,promote their healthy development of physical quality,and strengthen the training of basketball reserve talents in China.In the research process,ten primary schools in Taiyuan city are taken as the objects of investigation.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,and field investigation,the current situation of primary school basketball in Taiyuan city is investigated and analyzed in the process of field visit,and the existing problems are put forward come to conclusion:1.The primary school students in each administrative district of Taiyuan city have a high degree of interest in small basketball,but they are limited to participate in small basketball outside the classroom due to the lack of spare time and field equipment.Moreover,most of the students know little about small basketball,and the popularity of small basketball in Taiyuan city is low.2.The number of primary school physical education teachers in each administrativedistrict of Taiyuan city can meet the needs of students in class,and the age structure is more reasonable,but the education background and the major can not meet the needs of small basketball teaching,and the number of small basketball related training received by teachers is less.3.The basketball field and equipment in the primary school campus of each administrative district of Taiyuan city can meet the basic needs of small basketball teaching,but the number of field can not meet the needs of students to practice small basketball in their spare time,the height of the basketball rack does not meet the specific requirements of the small basketball rules,and the infrastructure resources of small basketball in Taiyuan city are relatively scarce.4.The content and method of primary school basketball teaching are not uniform in every district of Taiyuan.A few schools with basketball characteristics carry out school-based courses of primary school basketball.The teaching of primary school basketball is more scientific,systematic,and the teaching effect is good.Most other primary school's primary school basketball courses are based on the experience of physical education teachers,and the teaching goal is relatively vague.According to the research results,combined with the development of primary school basketball in each administrative district of Taiyuan City,the following countermeasures are put forward for the specific problems in the promotion process of small basketball:1.Taiyuan Municipal Bureau of education and sports should further strengthen cooperation,improve the construction of small basketball organizations,and ensure the implementation of national policies.Introduce small basketball events with high popularity and add competition areas to ensure that every student can participate in the competition.Establish the official website of Taiyuan small basketball and expand the publicity audience.2.In the middle of each semester,the school can hold small basketball games on campus,invite stars to campus activities during the off-season of CBA,and enrich students' campuscultural life.Broaden the way of teacher recruitment,and reduce the academic requirements for retired athletes with rich experience in Teaching.3.Physical education teachers should actively participate in the training of small basketball,and they should learn teaching methods from each other to compile school-based teaching materials of small basketball.In the teaching process,we should pay attention to different classroom requirements for boys and girls,and promote the popularization of small basketball in the campus.4.On the basis of the funds provided by the education department and School of Taiyuan City,we should actively seek the support of relevant sponsors to provide funds and help on the facilities and equipment of small basketball for the school to carry out small basketball sports.5.Schools and clubs should reach a cooperative relationship with the mainstream media before undertaking small basketball games to ensure the exposure of small basketball games,so that more students and parents can understand the game and promote the promotion of small basketball. |
