Research On The Application Of Group Work In Pupils' Emotional Management

This paper investigates the community where the internship is located by means of questionnaire and interview.It is found that the primary school students in the community fight with their classmates because their emotions are not effectively controlled in school,which leads to the disharmony between their classmates and their peers.At the same time,they are criticized by their teachers because of their emotional problems,which affects their mood and delay their study.At home,they are not expressed because of their emotional problems,and they have a gap with their parents It leads to a series of problems,such as the tension of parent-child relationship and many contradictions.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems of primary school students in the community,the researcher analyzes the reasons of students themselves,families and schools,starting from the actual needs.Based on Bandura's social learning theory,five group activities were designed to give full play to the role of social workers,seek parental support and build a classroom communication platform.The emotional management of primary school students was studied from three dimensions of emotional cognition,emotional expression and emotional control.In terms of social workers' assessment of team members' changes,supervision,front and back measurement forms,and the assessment of people around the service objects,it shows that these primary school students understand the role of emotional management,master the methods of emotional control,and significantly improve their ability in emotional management.Therefore,the research also shows that in order to improve the ability of primary school students' emotional management,it is necessary to improve the educational status of primary school students' emotional management curriculum in service,pay attention to the family's care for the emotional development of primary school students,and develop school social workers to help the cultivation of primary school students' emotional management ability.Multiple subjects work together to solve the emotional problems of primaryschool students and establish a healthy and upward growth mode for them.
