Under the background of active employment strategy in the new era,the provinces have successively adopted the way of "government led,multi-party cooperation" to comprehensively promote the high-quality employment of college graduates.Although some progress has been made,the overall employment situation of college graduates is still not optimistic.On the one hand,the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities leads to a great pressure on Graduates' job competition;on the other hand,our country is a human society,and the employment quality of college graduates from different family backgrounds also has obvious differences.The employment quality of college graduates from advantageous families is obviously superior to that of college graduates from disadvantaged families,which seriously impacts the fairness of the labor market and hinders high-quality employment.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote high-quality employment of college graduates by comparing the differences of employment quality of college graduates with different family backgrounds and analyzing the causes.In this paper,taking Henan Province as an example,based on the survey data of the research group on the high quality employment of university graduates with bachelor's degree in 2018,we describe and analyze the employment status of university graduates with different family backgrounds,and investigate the connotation of employment quality from four dimensions: starting salary,employment distribution,career matching and employment satisfaction.Then,we use the analysis of variance to compare the differences of employment quality of undergraduates with different family backgrounds.This study draws the following conclusions: first,the actual starting salary,employment location and unit level and employment satisfaction of graduates with strong family economic background are relatively high;second,the actual starting salary,employment area and unit level and salary and welfare satisfaction level of graduates with deep family cultural background are relatively high;third,the family social background is superior The actual starting salary,the level of employment area and unit,and the degree of employment satisfaction are relatively high.Based on the theory of social capital,this study further analyzes the causes of the above research results,and puts forward relevant suggestions: first,individuals shouldrationally view the impact of family background on employment,establish a correct,rational and positive outlook on employment,and develop human resources of vulnerable family graduates through multiple channels;second,schools should attach importance to the professionalism of vulnerable family graduates Third,the government should build a transparent employment information platform,while ensuring fair employment,it also needs to continue to improve the labor market and optimize public services.
