The “National Medium and Long-Term Talent Development Planning Outline”promulgated by the state in 2010 pointed out that the current overall level of talent development in China still has a large gap compared with advanced countries in the world,and there is still a big gap compared with China's current economic and social development needs.The main reasons are: lack of high-level innovative talents,lack of the talent innovation and entrepreneurial ability,and unreasonable talent structure and layout.As the main place for talent training,colleges and universities should attach great importance to this problem,take practical and feasible reform measures,and strive to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents in the process of deeply implementing the strategy of strengthening the country through talents and accelerating the construction of an innovative country.In August 2015,the Central Leading Group for Comprehensive Deepening Reform reviewed and approved the “Overall Plan for Promoting the Construction of World-Class Universities and First-Class Disciplines”,which proposed the overall goal of “double-first-class”construction,with the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents as the most important direction of efforts.The “Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Construction”of Double First Class “in Colleges and Universities”is a clear requirement,vigorously cultivate highly skilled and urgent talents,integrate education resources from multiple sources,formulate interdisciplinary talent training programs,and explore the establishment of political excellence,industry urgent needs,and capabilities Outstanding new high-level compound talent training mechanism.Interdisciplinarity has become a top priority in the construction of first-class university and first-class disciplines,and interdisciplinary courses have attracted much attention for the cultivation of innovative talents.However,there are still many problems in the construction of interdisciplinary courses in colleges and universities in China.The consciousness of interdisciplinary courses is lagging behind,the research on interdisciplinary courses is weak,the practice of interdisciplinary courses is lacking,and so on.These problems have seriously hindered the development of interdisciplinary courses,making it difficult to fully realize the value in the cultivation of innovative talents.This shows that it is urgent to conduct interdisciplinary curriculum research based on the cultivation of innovative talents.Based on this,this article takes the interdisciplinary curriculum as the research object from the perspective of innovative talent cultivation,and uses the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and case analysis method.Curriculum construction has conducted in-depth research with a view to proposing some cross-disciplinary curriculum construction and reform strategies to promote the cultivation of innovative talents.This thesis is divided into five parts in structure: The first chapter is an introduction,including research background,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research status,research ideas and methods,and the definition of core concepts.The second chapter mainly elaborates the essence of interdisciplinary courses and related theoretical foundations,and briefly explains the importance of interdisciplinary courses for the cultivation of innovative talents.The third chapter is the status quo survey and analysis of predicament,using questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the current status of interdisciplinary courses and analyze the existing problems in depth.Chapter 4 is a case study,taking Duke University 's interdisciplinary curriculum as an example,and introducing its overview,background,main content,and innovative talent training experience.The fifth chapter is mainly to put forward suggestions and countermeasures.Based on the needs of interdisciplinary curriculum development from the perspective of innovative talent cultivation,reflect on the current problems,learn from Duke University 's excellent experience in interdisciplinary curriculum construction,and put forward suggestions and countermeasures to promote the development of interdisciplinary curriculum from the perspective of innovative talent cultivation in Chinese universities.Studies have shown that interdisciplinary courses are conducive to the formation of innovation consciousness.Interdisciplinary courses are in line with the cultivation law of innovative talents.Interdisciplinary courses are an important way to cultivate innovative talents.Duke University 's successful experience in the construction of interdisciplinary courses,adheres to the interdisciplinary development strategy,attaches importance to the construction of interdisciplinary faculty,focuses on the study of social issues and community cooperation,and focuses on the development of interdisciplinary courses,focusing on the diversity and Internationalization and so on are worthy of our reference.To cultivate innovative talents,China should focus on the construction of interdisciplinary courses,reform the curriculum structure of talent training,and help students build innovative knowledge systems and ability structures.That is to further clarify the target positioning and reform the educational concept;implement strategic management and focus on overall planning;innovate the management system and strengthen the construction and management of interdisciplinary courses;attach importance to the introduction of talents and strengthen the construction of interdisciplinary teaching staff.
