With the concept and development of the "new engineering course",in the process of deepening the reform of engineering education,higher requirements have been put on the practical ability of students.In order to respond to the requirements of national development for the quality of students,universities have increased the construction of their own experimental facilities.With the increase in the types and quantities of laboratory equipment in universities,the increase in the degree of coupling of experimental equipment required for experimental courses,the increased demand for experimental teaching brought by the booming development of distance education and adult education,and the management of experimental equipment has become more complicated.Facing the management requirements of experimental equipment,how to realize the reasonable allocation of limited experimental equipment resources to users on campus and remotely share the use of university experimental equipment resources to external users.The article conducts research on algorithms for optimal resource scheduling,and designs a scheduling management system for experimental equipment.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Static scheduling for users in the school.Establish an optimal scheduling model for multiple goals such as load balancing of equipment and reasonable planning of courses,equipment,and time in teaching,and use improved genetics based on parental elite selection strategies.The algorithm solves the optimal scheduling model.Through experimental verification,the improved genetic algorithm is superior to traditional genetic algorithms in terms of operation speed and algorithm results,and can meet the needs of experimental equipment static scheduling for users on campus.(2)Dynamic scheduling of device sharing for external users,describes the conditional constraints,task allocation,and system model of shared devices,and proposes a mathematical description and optimization model for scheduling tasks.The message middleware technology is used to implement the task scheduling of the experimental equipment,and the system architecture of the equipment scheduling and the dynamic scheduling algorithm of the tasks are designed.Through experimental verification,compared with the first-come-first-served scheduling method,thealgorithm in this paper has obvious advantages in total task time and success rate,and can meet the task scheduling requirements of remote experimental equipment.(3)Design a university experimental equipment management system,including user management,teaching management,equipment management,teaching arrangements,and experimental reservations.Improve the equipment management level and work efficiency of colleges and universities to meet the needs of laboratory equipment management and experimental teaching management in colleges and universities.
